    Administrator: Client Solutions & Marketing (12-Month FTC)

    POSITION PURPOSE

    • Provides assistance to Director: Client Solutions and Manager: Client Solutions with regard to New Business Proposals, tenders (RFIs and RFPs) and Team Capabilities requests.
    • Assist in the collating and compilation of all New Business Proposals and tenders
    • Provides assistance to the Marketing Manager with various marketing coordination duties

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

    Tender Administration and Proposal Responsibilities:

    • Search for new Tender opportunities – cold calling for business leads
    • Coordinates the tender reviews and deadlines
    • Collaborates with the tender team to assist with the compilation of completed proposals
    • Ensures that all tender administrative tasks are completed comprehensively and on time
    • Collecting/downloading all tender documentation for selected possible tenders
    • Assist with the clarification of bid/tender conditions and assists with the tender/proposal preparation

    • Updating of the Divisional Directors sales pipeline through Pipe Drive
    • The logging and closing of supplier calls on Pipe Drive
    • Takes responsibility for implementing correct naming convention on Pipe Drive throughout the business
    • Assists to maintain the status of generic/customised proposals and collaborate with relevant key stakeholder to ensure that they are reviewed, revised and re-approved as necessary
    • Undertakes and executes other administrative tasks pertaining to tenders/proposals, as required

    Marketing coordination

    • Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Client Solutions with the implementation of effective marketing programs / strategy for the various departments within the Cluster
    • Coordinate and assist where possible with corporate branding, Public Relations (PR), media and advertising placements
    • Monitor and respond to social media comments on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

    Building Manager (Commercial & Industrial) - Sandton

    POSITION PURPOSE

    Responsible for the management of the building. Develops related budgets, ensures that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are well maintained and in optimal working condition.  Implements departmental policies and procedures and ensures that all operations are in accordance with established health and safety regulations.  Ensures that services purchased are of acceptable quality in compliance with the procurement policies.  Keeps Senior Management well informed of area activities and significant problems.  Trains, directs, and appraises assigned personnel. Ensure all buildings, grounds and equipment are well maintained in working order.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

    Management Role

    • Assumes responsibility for the effective operations management of building and facilities.
    • Performs ad hoc quality control checks.
    • Ensures premises are in satisfactory condition.
    • Reports all items to Operations Manager especially if complaints have been lodged.
    • Ensures that urgent matters are reported immediately and attended to immediately.
    • Supervises and control maintenance site staff and allocate duties.

    Creditors Administrator

    POSITION PURPOSE

    Responsible for performing a variety of accounts payable and related clerical duties. Receives, sorts, and proofs accounting documents, and posts totals. Matches invoices to appropriate authorizing documents. Codes invoices with appropriate general ledger account numbers and related project and budget codes. Inputs invoice information into automated accounts payable application. Performs arithmetic calculations and reviews internal records. Prepares reports and maintains records and files as needed.     Property Manager - Sandton

    POSITION PURPOSE

    Responsible for the management of the Property. Ensure investment growth and maximum income of the Property through effective property management and asset control.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

    Property Management

    • Keep abreast of market activities in respect of tenant movement, new developments, major vacancies and other landlord’s strategies
    • Attend meetings / functions related to successful operation of Property i.e. SAPOA, CJP etc.

    Asset Management

    • Control/schedule/implement regular preventative maintenance program in line with budget constraints
    • Motivation of refurbishments, major repairs as appropriate

    Monitor progress

    • Inspection / enforcement of tenant responsibilities during and on termination of lease terms

    Debtors Management

    • Monthly interaction meetings with Debtors, Debtors Manager and Leasing to ensure appropriate action taken and approve legal action
