    WCS Site Coordinator - Midrand

    What you will do:

    • Support the IT onboarding process of new employees, including providing access and familiarization to all relevant technology required to successfully perform their duties
    • Perform system administration activities and ensure compliance with maintenance policies and security requirements
    • Coordinate  PC and IT equipment procurement, replacement and maintenance, including asset tracking, Manage relationships with external vendors where appropriate.
    • Ensure audit compliance through everyday activities and quarterly evidence gathering processes
    • Coordinate A/V support/implementations as guided by the Colgate/Hill’s technology roadmap, through partnership with external vendors.
    • Review support issues and provide second level site support as required (e.g. PC, MacOS, software deployments, email and collaboration tools, mobile devices, AV equipment, Active Directory, LAN/WAN communications)
    • Guide software asset management practices locally and globally while maintaining close compliance with Colgate license policies

    • Coordinate and manage with relevant people any system performance and reliability issues to include plant floor systems, engineering, server, network, application, security and other responsible teams
    • Act as a liaison with other technology teams in order to escalate and resolve plant / subsidiary and business issues and requirements and ensure business critical GIT issues are resolved in the appropriate manner
    • Understand and communicate plant / subsidiary business needs to GIT organization and support the subsidiary management through the project planning process.
    • Provide local coordination and planning for grid projects
    • Understand and ensure local alignment with GIT standards, policies and procedures
    • Track local IT costs and leverage cost savings opportunities
    • Ensure Service Level Targets are met, and where they are not appropriate corrective action is undertaken.
    • Takes responsibility for the safekeeping and storage of Colgate’s IT Assets
    • Assist in documenting IT Support Services processes and procedures for on-site IT Operations.

    Required qualifications :

    • A Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business) 
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an IT support environment.
    • Technical Expertise: Competent to expert skill level in implementing and supporting the following technologies:
    • End user devices (PC’s, Apple Compute, Smart Phones, Tablets)
    • Windows 10 / Mac OS / Server 2016 / Windows Active Directory
    • LAN (including Cisco wireless),
    • Google G-Suite Workplace

    Preferred qualifications :

    • A/V experience 
    • IT/OT Network and Controls experience

    Retail Media & Performance Marketing Manager - Midrand

    Job Summary:

    The Retail Media and Performance Marketer role will focus on driving commercial campaigns through retail media and owned digital marketing channels with the objective to drive full funnel activity, sales uplift and media spend return on investment in coordination with Digital Commerce & Brand Marketing teams. 

    The Performance Marketing Manager will report to the Digital and Media Manager and will work cross functionally by working closely with the eCommerce Shopper Development Manager to strategize, plan and buy all retail media campaigns across selected categories and customers. The resource will also be responsible for all reporting and optimization of retail and digital media endeavours alongside the media agency partner. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Media buying, strategy & planning

    • Drive retail media integration into brand experience planning 
    • Lead paid retail media advertising budgets to efficiently achieve sales and business important metrics in collaboration with eCommerce team
    • Handle retail media flow plans alongside agency for selected retailers 
    • Collaborate with digital commerce team on all retail media negotiations at customer level including annual JBPs 
    • Develop best in class retail media strategies alongside digital commerce team across selected retailers 
    • Deliver core retail media planning grids to increase offers and innovations
    • Ensure coordination between eCommerce, IBE and Brand Marketing teams to guarantee successful execution of retail media during Key eCommerce Events
    • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to Assess the sophistication of retailer media network in market, agency scope, and continuously improve way of working based on the market need

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business-related field
    • Minimum 4 years of experience Performance Marketing Media buying, planning & strategy Prior experience of digital marketing channels (PPC, Email, social media & Programmatic Advertising) 
    • Understanding of eCommerce channel dynamics Retail media experience is a plus!.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations.
    • Technical Skills Understanding of marketing technology, including ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs and bid management tools.
    • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
    • Experience in Mobile and App marketing knowledge of Excel, graphs, and formulas

    Customer Development Analyst - Midrand

    Scope of Responsibility:

    The Customer Development Analyst will be responsible for identifying gaps in channel, accounts and categories which seeks texploit incremental sales growth opportunities.
    They should continuously support the partnership between CP and the customer(s)/Distributors at account level.

    The Customer Development Analyst plays an integral role in ensuring the following:

    Updating and publishing a monthly information deck with:-

    • Top and new products shares, distribution and sales.
    • Colgate products share and distribution information compared with competitors.
    • The Recommended Assortment indicating the products distribution in different REs and Accounts vs. the target.
    • Category growth, RE contribution and SOM for Colgate vs. the Market.
    • Weekly sales and new SKUs tracking (across customers)
    • 5p files (customer + category
    • PromGrid updates
    • Checking and loading the Product data forms
    • POP management/ administration

    Preparing various exhibits for Reviews and Commercial team meetings presentations.

    • Point of Sale Data Vendors
    • Managing the uploading and maintenance of data tools
    • Renewal of annual contracts with approved vendors and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved in the process.

    Provide external data and insights tthe Retail Environment Managers tdevelop RE and Customer expertise.

    • Performance tracking (bump charts)
    • Dunnhumby Data - Submitting reports in Dunnhumby.
    • Populating the information intthe data dump file.
    • Updating the Bump Charts - Competitor & Auto.

    POP Management

    • Collect and Collate POP Store lists from the SDMs. Ensure the POP execution is loaded and an action item on PNS Optimise System.
    • Arrange and track distribution of POP materials from the manufacturer tthe various collection points

    Africa/Middle East Division

    • Track and report back on POP execution vs agreed store list on a weekly basis and highlight execution GAPS tRM Team & SDM tassist in identifying solutions and replacement stores timeously.
    • Measure Sell out data tdetermine the efficacy of the POP during the period of execution
    • Management & Tracking of permanent POP: Arrange for the installation, removal or maintenance of permanent POP against an agreed store list.

    In - Store Analysis

    • Fortnightly visiting stores in order tidentify areas of improvement
    • The Individual

    Education:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's or similar degree is required

    Experience:

    • A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years of increasing Marketing/Customer
    • Marketing/Sales responsibility and strong relationships his/her with customer(s)
    • Fluent English
