    Casual Sales Consultant - iStore Canal Walk Cape Town Pre-Owned

    Job Description

    • iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller.
    • With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple. 
    • We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team. 
    • Our  iStore Sales Consultant is responsible to  maximise the sales opportunity in the iStore. 
    • You will be ensuring that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services.
    • You will proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences. 
    • We will give you all the knowledge and tools around all our iStore products for you to be successful in the role.  
    • This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full time role at current.  
    • You will be in a flexible position where you will only be required to work 108 hours per month.

    Technical Support Consultant - iStore Midlands, KZN

    Job Description

    • iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller.
    • With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple. 
    • The iStore Technical Support Technicians are a combination of technically strong individuals with great people skills.  
    • Your role would be to provide technical support to the iStore customers, through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support.
    • You will also provide training and assistance to iStore customers when required as well as exceptional and professional quality support service.

    You need to have:

    • Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
    • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support

    Admin Assistant Retail - iStore Pavilion, Durban

    Job Description

    • As an iStore Admin Manager you would be responsible for Lead teams, provide supportive feedback, and ensure both team members and customers have a valued experience.
    • Your responsibilities are to ensure that the back of house iStore operations run effectively, efficiently and optimally and that overall risk to the iStore business is reduced by ensuring that all iStore policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to. 
    • Focus on enhancing operations and reviewing systems and processes on an ongoing basis to align with best fit for the business.

    You need to have:

    • A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
    • 5+ years leading teams in a complex and high turnover environment
    • Retail operations experience and knowledge
    • Matrix management capability to ensure co-operation across business functions
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn quickly, being agile and nimble whilst thinking strategically

    Accounts Receivabales Clerk

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our finance team.
    • The Accounts Receivables Clerk will be responsible for maintaining of a portfolio of customer accounts, including but not limited to collection of outstanding amounts, statements and portal uploads and attending to any customer queries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers
    • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances
    • Prepare and send out invoices to customers
    • Assist with billing and collections efforts as needed
    • Cash CollectionEnsure amounts due are received timeously.
    • Preparation for credit committee meetings, icludign reconciloiations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
    • Generate reports and provide analysis of accounts receivables data
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
    • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivables or related financial role
    • Matric and relevant Diploma
    • Experience in the retail industry
    • Excellent excel Skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Experience with billing and collections processes
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
