    Cellar Controller

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Blending consistent quality products
    • Managing bulk stock effectively
    • Minimising losses and write-offs
    • Effective admin housekeeping
    • Supervising and motivating people
    • Ensure that products received adheres to company specifications
    • Liaise with the necessary departments concerning production planned
    • Planning and co-ordinating of daily tasks
    • Ensure that departments quality management documents are kept up to date
    • Involve with internal and self audits
    • Oversee that the right filtration material are used for the right product
    • Maintain effective housekeeping and safety practice

    The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills

    • Matric plus relevant qualifications in Cellar Technology (ND level or higher)
    • Must have a knowledge of spirits and wines
    • Experience in Managing and Leading a team essential
    • Experience in Managing an MDT area essential
    • Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems and make relevant decisions
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Be self motivated and action driven
    • Be a team player and innovator
    • Sound leadership and conflict handling experience
    • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential
    • Computer literate
    • Must have own reliable transport.
    • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

    Support Analyst (Warehouse & Distribution)

    Your key performance areas will include but are not limited to:

    • System support for calls logged in line with procedures and Service Level Agreements.
    • Identify and report recurring system problems.
    • Develop and maintain supporting training documentation.
    • Assess training needs in liaison with business units.
    • Facilitate end-user training.
    • The System Support Analyst will be responsible for super-user support in supporting the warehouse, sales and distributions systems, including the SAP SD, WM and MM modules, together with 3rd party integration.
    • Maintaining close business relationship with the planners and the distribution warehouses relevant users, specifically super users.
    • Broad understanding of the solution components and integration with an emphasis on:
      • shipment planning;
      • transport planning;
      • warehouse task and resource management; and
      • deliveries
    • Sales order processing
    • Strong training competence in terms of training facilitation and compiling of training material in liaison with the ICT Training Manager.
    • Identify and report recurring system problems.
    • Availability for after hour user support.

    The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Qualification, Experience/skills

    • A relevant diploma/ degree and post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
    • Very good business knowledge in the areas supported warehouse, sales and distribution.
    • Proven IT Technical skills: Minimum of 5 years support experience of which 3 years must be in Warehouse and Distribution.
    • Excellent knowledge of database structures and general database management.
    • Solid understanding of Information Systems and Technology management.
    • Exposure to system integration would be advantageous.
    • Exposure to SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP WM transactions and processes would be advantageous.
    • Very good analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong administrative ability with high attention to detail.
    • Goal orientated team player.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Valid driver’s licence.
