    Trainee Accountant CA(SA) - Cape Town 2026

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To perform audit procedures on various clients in different sectors/industries.
    • To progress steadily throughout your articles to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (SA).
    • To prepare for and write the ITC and APC exams.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric with university entrance.
    • Graduates with a completed Accounting degree at a SAICA-accredited university and currently studying towards PGDA. 
    • Candidates will be required to have successfully completed PGDA prior to joining the firm.

    Company Secretarial Senior Administrator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in company secretarial supportive role
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Companies Act
    • Prepare company secretarial documentation for Companies and Close Corporations
    • Capturing info in Greatsoft
    • General administration work that may be required for both Annual duties and CoSec
    • Electronic filing on CoSec documentation drive

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Company secretarial knowledge
    • Knowledge of Greatsoft programme
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
    • Good communication skills

    Marketing and Events Co-ordinator

    Key responsibilities:

    • Event co-ordination for all external and internal events for Cape Town office and National office.
    • Co-ordination of the Auditorium hire, promotional items, stock control and communications.
    • Provide support to relevant team members within your department and/or other departments when required.
    • Assist in conceptualizing and organizing all events and conferences from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
    • Sticking to event budget and managing all subsequent documentation and payments.
    • Sourcing new venues and ideas for events.
    • Dealing with sponsors, suppliers and venues.
    • External and internal client interaction.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing and Events coordination role
    • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and Canva
    • Knowledge of travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
    • Experience in database management system
    • Knowledge of office management systems
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables
    • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
    • Negotiating skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to cope well under pressure-Handling and delivering jobs with tight deadlines
    • Own vehicle
    • High energy and positive personality
    • Creativity, time management, organisation, problem solving, attention to detail and budgeting are key to this role.
    • Be able to work flexible hours when required
