Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years appropriate experience after registration with the HPCSA in Medical Orthotics & Prosthetic, of which 3 years should be on management level (ASD) in the field of Orthotics & Prosthetic.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership skills, problem solving, decision-making, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package) and driving skills.
- Knowledge and experience in policy making processes. Knowledge of operational and general management of the Orthotic and Prosthetic centers.
- Knowledge of people management , financial management and Supply Chain Management.
- Competency in information management (data management, analysis, interpretation, target setting, monitoring and evaluation) skills. Ability and willingness to work overtime including weekends and public holidays and to deputise the immediate supervisor should the need arises

Requirements:
- Matric, an undergraduate qualification in Radiographer that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa in the specific disciplines.
- Grade 1: None after registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Diagnostic Radiographer.
- Grade 2: Minimum 10 years after registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Diagnostic Radiographer.
