Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run E-mailer campaign .
- Provide graduates with the job requirements and overview of the prospective employers.
- Obtain job descriptions and company specifications for entry level positions.
- Match graduate CV’s from database to job descriptions and company specifications.
- Present candidates where possible during sit-down session with prospective employer.
- Ask and confirm that CV’s meet the expectations of the prospective employer.

- Assist manager with the planning and implementation of events; i.e. exhibitions, job shadowing, learner ships, internships, voluntary work experience etc., which promotes the services offered by the department.
- Schedule graduates for Graduate Work Readiness coaching sessions.
- Arrange logistics for workshops which includes booking of a meeting room, arranging equipment required and catering.
