The Opportunity:

React Alarms is expanding its national footprint into KZN and is looking to appoint an experienced manager to head up our Durban branch.

Outline of Role:

• Manage the ongoing operational and strategic objectives of the branch
• Drive sales in the region through own sales and management of a sales team
• Recruit and manage branch sales agents and administration staff
• Build and manage a network of installers
• Co-ordinate all functions between the branch, React Alarms head office and ADT
• Manage the overall customer experience in the region

Candidate Requirements:

• Can you identify and recruit a security sales and technical network in KZN?
• Do you have experience in the security industry? (significant plus)
• Do you have a proven track record of sales and sales management?
• Do you have a proven track record of managing people?

The Position:

React Alarms is South Africa's largest ADT dealership and ADT's 2016 Dealer of the year. Our national network of branches provides a range of security and armed response solutions to homeowners and businesses.

We are looking for top performing sales agents to join our Cape Town branch.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Have you previously sold services such as armed response, insurance products or cellular contracts to consumers?
• Do you have your own transport?
• Are you computer literate?
• Do you have previous experience in the security industry?
