    Production Manager

    About the role

    • We're on the lookout for a dedicated Production Manager who can inspire positive change and drive efficiency in our manufacturing operations. You will be at the forefront of managing and leading a vibrant team, transforming our large-scale production processes. Your role isn't just to manage – it's to innovate, mentor, and excel. At Reckitt, you'll collaborate with a talented team committed to producing top-quality products that make a difference in people's lives. Manage the strategic direction of the manufacturing function and maximise the effectiveness of the day to day operational performance.  There is also a clear responsibility for the ongoing development and career planning for employees within the manufacturing function.
    • The nature of demands from the market place in conjunction with NPD make this an action-oriented position, with flexibility to re-schedule production capacity or resources to meet customer needs effectively.  None of this happens at the cost of quality or regulatory / licence requirement.
    • The facility is responsible for delivering branded products, including multiple Power Brands, to global markets, including the provision of third-party products which increase complexity due to the specialist requirements of the Healthcare sector. The level of decision making within this role will have a significant impact on financial performance on the site and potentially the region. Varied levels of complexity require the incumbent of this position to have a breadth and depth of experience both on a strategic and a practical level.     Your responsibilities

    • Provides a safe working environment for all employees and contractors by facilitating the HSE improvement plan for the site, removing blockages and promoting safe working solutions.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing large manufacturing operations, with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
    • Establishes a continuous improvement culture within manufacturing operations to sustain improvement gains in OEE, waste, cost, quality and customer service targets.
    • Ensures the manufacturing management team achieve all quality standards in line with global compliance.
    • Drives budgetary control through manufacturing efficiencies which provide competitive advantage.
    • Continually assesses factory performance target
    • Seeks out and provides opportunities for the development of the manufacturing teams with particular emphasis on succession planning and building a pipeline of talent.
    • Creates an engaging environment where the team are energised to realise their full potential, challenge the status quo and improve working relationships.
    • Ensure compliance on manufacturing execution systems
    •  Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift decisions.

    The experience we're looking for

    • BA/BSc/BEng in any degree discipline.
    • 2-6 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Educated to a high standard with successful technical/engineering/operational experience gained in FMCG or Pharmaceutical.  We want someone who has the hunger and desire to take our business to the next level.  
    • Operation excellence standards implementation with proven results improvement
    • Excellent overview of supply chain issues, including upstream and downstream
    • You'll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities.
    • Fluent in English with at least one other language preferred; ability to travel and/or relocate internationally
    • People Management experience in manufacturing environment
    • Has run an operations daily management system in AM and PM
    • Has experience in Breakdown Eliminations with proven track record
    • Understands SAP system and can navigate with the right training
    • Understands and has lead the implementation of AM and/or PM systems
    • Has experience being a leader of a production line
    • Understands and has managed a budget
    • Knows how to use problem solving tools to eliminate losses on the production line
    • Has lead a project in operations

    Ecommerce Performance Manager

    • Using performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools to support the acceleration of eCommerce via various retail channels such as On-Demand, and direct customers.     Your responsibilities

    • Subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders on sustained Marketplace media presence and content initiatives.
    • Develop and execute best in class comprehensive channel and performance marketing strategies that align with business, brand and customer specific objectives.
    • Activate retail media campaigns to drive sales uplift and media spend return on investment, delivering on strategic KPIs.
    • Manage Performance Marketplace BEI; ROAS, monthly phasing aligned to brand initiatives, and budget optimisations.
    • Oversee the team responsible including the following:
    • Asset management; ensuring deliverables met by agency partners in time for initiatives
    • Retail Media Flow plans and grids per retailer.
    • End-to-end campaign activation, from conception to reporting.
    • Campaign budget reconciliation and administration.
    • Overdelivering on KPIs – share of shelf, CTR, CPCs, Conversions.
    • Understand the full consumer journey and touchpoints and find strategic ways to communicate and engage with audiences via digital retail media.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Brand, Reg, Legal, and Agency Teams to develop campaign concepts and messaging.
    • Provide ongoing insight and analysis of campaigns, brands, and customer platforms to improve and optimise ways of working and strategies based on market needs.
    • Competitor insights and customer analysis.

    The experience we're looking for

    • BA/BSc in Business Commercial or Marketing degree discipline.
    • Proven FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical Media / brand marketing experience of at least 2-3 years.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability problem solve.
    • Agile digital marketing acumen, with an ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Equally proficient in offline and online branding strategies and approaches
    • Experience in working with teams on successful project management and time management skills
    • Proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
    • Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
