Description

• Processing of receipts ensuring they are processed to the correct ledger accounts/customer accounts in SAP Hanna
• Perform timely reconciliation of treasury related ledger accounts and bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure the internal records align with bank statements
• Assist the Treasurer with preparing the documentation required for Trade financing
• Assist the Treasurer with preparation of payment batches and ensuring all payments are authorised and have proper supporting documentation
• Processing of the payments in SAP Hanna and ensuring the payments are processed to the correct ledger accounts/vendor accounts
• Ensure timely execution of treasury transactions
• Calculation of interest to be accrued for the month
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies & internal controls
• Assist with internal & external audits related to treasury
• Ad hoc work as required by the Treasury Manager

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification: Certificate in Bookkeeping
• General work experience (years):3-6 years in an accounting function
• Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 2 years in a treasury function in a corporate environment/Manufacturing.

To operate equipment in accordance with Company Standards and procedures.

• Efficiently and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules
• Ensure prime quality production in accordance with quality plan

To perform electro-mechanical installations, isolations, testing of equipment, fault finding, diagnosis of electro-mechanical systems and components in all types of buildings and machinery.

• Equipment maintenance

Description

To assist in various maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards. To primarily assist the Shift Electrician to obtain the desired electrical outcomes.

Description

To operate and control the rewinding line, Entry Board and Delivery Board section in accordance with company standards, procedures, and operating parameters.

• Adherence to safe work practices and good housekeeping.
• Ensure proper recovery of coils.
• Ensure proper trimming of coils.
• Setting of correct cutting blades.
• Inspection of quality and shape of the strip requirements
• Coil loading, feeding, and unloading.
• Engage emergency stop as and when required.
• Pasting labels on finished coils.
• Reporting of operating parameters.
• Equipment Operation & Support
• Safely, efficiently, and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules.
• Ensure proper operation and handling of the rewind line.
• Perform gauge calibration at the beginning of the shift according to the required specifications and standard operating procedure.
• Inspection of the metal strip for the required quality and shape as per standard operating procedures.
• Coil loading and unloading as per the production schedules.
• Ensure proper feeding and handling of the coil through the rewinding line.
• Perform inspection of coils, line equipment and ensure good condition of equipment for operation.
• Continuous monitoring of the strip at the entry and delivery side during line operations.
• Prompt engagement of emergency stops in the event of line and auxiliary equipment malfunction in order to avoid metal strip damage.
• Printing and pasting of finished coil labels in the exit section.
• Assist in shut down activities according to instruction of the Shift Foreman.
• Make sure trimmers are set correctly for trimming.
• Make sure used cutters are send to the workshop for grinding.
• Make sure a spare set of spacers and cutters are ready at the rewind line.

Requirements
