Key Responsibility Area 

• Investigate/confirm/refer/log a call to upgrade the server. 
• Rectify the faults affecting the availability of the server. 
• Installation of servers 
• Implement procedures and standards for Directory Integrated Systems, Servers and related services and monitor adherence thereof. 
• Resolution and handling of medium operational Incidents as per SLA incident handling timeframes. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Grade 12 plus 3-Year IT Diploma / Degree in in Computer Science, or IT/ related fields (NQF level 6) 
• Certification: MCSA, MCSE, MCITP 
• Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Server Administrator in the provisioning, support and maintenance and support of all Server related Infrastructure such as Enterprise Directory Services, virtualization and server infrastructure technology stack. Experience in working within the ITIL Framework for Incident, Problem, Change, or Service Experience in the design, planning, implementation of an Enterprise Server solutions and services

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Lead the development of functional requirements that articulate clear and concise project deliverables that are compatible with user expectations. 
• Deliver feasibility and cost-benefit analysis, including choice of application architecture to enhance the overall application development process. 
• Lead, and execute complex software development and customisation projects spanning multiple environments to ensure that it is successfully delivered. 
• Lead, and develop/ customise complex applications services solutions by studying information needs; consulting with clients, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle using SITAs software development stack/ development framework. 
• Lead and execute maintenance of integrated IT software components using SITAs software development stack/ development framework. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. 
• Preferred Qualification: 3-year National Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field or Natural/Adabas training certificate 
• Work Experience: 7 - 8 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), of which a minimum of 6 years must be actively using Natural Adabas in a development and/or maintenance role within a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include solution analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of systems as well as the management and planning of deliverables and communication to clients.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Perform software systems coding assignments. 
• Supervision of the Software development team. 
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems. 
• Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions.
• Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent 
• Preferred Qualification: 3-year National Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field or Natural/Adabas training certificate 
• Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), of which a minimum of 5 years must be actively using Natural Adabas in a development and/or maintenance role within a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include solution analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of systems as well as the management and planning of deliverables and communication to clients.

• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. 
• Develop /Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using SITAs software development stack / development framework. 
• Maintain the integrated IT software components systems once they are up and running. 
• Develop integrated Technical Service Specifications for single or multiple software components to clearly set direction for procuring or building software components. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent 
• Preferred Qualification: 3-year National Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field or Natural/Adabas training certificate
