    Travel Support / Admin Specialist German

    What You’ll Do:

    • Respond to lead warming enquiries 
    • Prepare accurate quotes
    • Confirm services with suppliers 
    • Upload and cross-check invoices  to costings
    • Create supplier payment tasks 
    • Prepare final travel documents & vouchers
    • Assist with restaurant, activities and day-tour bookings
    • Proactively identify and flag potential itinerary or documentation oversight
    • Fulfill emergency phone responsibilities
    • Complete all product knowledge training
    • Attend supplier presentations.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A National Senior Certificate/Matric 
    • 2 years experience in a Sales Administrative role in the Tourism Sector 
    • Based in Cape Town 
    • Fluent in speaking and writing in the German language 
    • Great communication skills 
    • Willingness and drive to learn 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills 
    • High attention to detail

    Dev Ops Engineer

    What You’ll Do:

    • Be part of transformative projects to strengthen Rhino Africa's cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and enhance system reliability using cutting-edge DevOps practices on AWS.
    • Drive innovation by integrating AI and intelligent automation to enable faster delivery, improved security, and smarter operations across the business.
    • Ensure system reliability and availability by reducing unplanned downtime, conducting comprehensive cloud infrastructure audits, and managing all infrastructure as code (IaC).
    • Build, update, and provide clear documentation for new and existing fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
    • Develop and implement intuitive dashboards and alerts (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS solutions) to proactively manage system health and reduce alert noise.
    • Provide effective support to our Technology teams, defining best practices and implementing self-service tools to optimise efficient workflow.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A National Senior Certificate (Matric)
    • A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology is a bonus
    • 3+ years experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or software engineering
    • Solid experience with AWS and IaC using the AWS CDK or Terraform
    • Hands-on experience managing AWS environments, including core services and resource provisioning
    • Experience with Docker and orchestration
    • Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and operations
    • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python, PHP)
    • Strong scripting skills for building automation, integrations, and environment management
    • Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
    • A good understanding of database management (with a preference for MySQL)
    • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a strong focus on attention to detail

    Spanish Sales Consultant

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • You will be crafting journeys that leave people changed in a way that will make them feel as if they’ve left a part of themselves in Africa.
    • Share expert knowledge of African destinations and luxury properties
