    Ops Specialist: Sales Account - (12 months Contract) Management

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Formulate and implement a strategic plan that accounts for current and future market forces and movements.
    • This must include operational milestones that drive the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
    • Provide thought leadership and embed a culture of innovation through leveraging intellectual property and facilitate strategic innovation within the sales environment.
    • Establish and enhance relationships with strategic customers and partners, with the aim of creating market dominance.
    • Ensure a customer and sales orientated mind set is implemented.
    • Drive customer experience improvement
    • Responsible for the management and effectiveness of all processes, including the identification and mitigation of strategic risk.
    • Design and execute on the sales plan.
    • Manage sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives with the agreed budgets.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity on Salesforce is kept at the agreed levels.

    Ops Specialist: Logistics

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Create, coordinate and complete shipments of goods between the Business Unit, vendors and branches.
    • Negotiate preferred pricing and maintain margins prescribed by the Business Unit.
    • Transact with suppliers, freight companies and other service providers.
    • Track inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records.
    • Coordinate between Procurement team and suppliers for product information and arrange movement of goods.
    • Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
    • Review and analyse program effectiveness, suggest and execute on time improvements and corrective actions.
    • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, such as cost savings

    Senior Specialist: Contracting

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Develop Service Level strategy for the BCX Group.
    • Maintain and enforce Contracting and SLA related Standards, Policies and Procedures used within the BCX Group.
    • Provide high level support to sales teams to satisfy customer needs. 
    • Negotiate Complex and Standard Contracts /SLAs to agree on best possible deal, SLA, solution, and pricing. 
    • Build strategic relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
    • Manage Breach, Service Level and Service Credit risk awareness within the BCX organisation.
    • Implement contracting efficiencies.
    • Perform analyses/ special studies to keep up to date with market requirements and new trends.
    • Respond to RF”X”/Tenders and unsolicited proposals.
    • Lead team of contracting specialists and ensure targets are met

    Tech Officer: Network Engineer

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Manage change, constantly reviewing design and responding to optimisation changes  
    • Monitor and control the network to ensure its day to day stability  
    • Manage problems and assist with support functions  
    • Contribute to the research and assessment of new technologies as well as customer needs

    Spec: Network Engineer (SAPOS)

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Function as a subject matter expert on Internet technology, providing high level support, formulating solutions, assisting with the implementation of quality/ productivity systems and compiling and distributing reports 
    • Compile technical service descriptions and detailed, accurate costs of implementing technical input for the specification and development for Internet products and services 
    • Conduct business analysis and business continuity planning 
    • Engage in consultation with team members 
    • Manage technical product development in terms of project definition, compilation of project plans and statements of work
