    Data Analyst

    • You will be responsible for managing, enhancing and creating the dashboards and reports for the acquisition, engagement, and monetisation squads across the ZA business. Your role will involve delivering insights to help maximise user acquisition volume at the lowest cost while ensuring the quality of users acquired; engaging our current user base and help improving the efficiency of our business model.

    What you will be doing:

    • Improve and maintain dashboards to enable visibility and allow diagnoses of performance
    • Identify any issues and pitfalls with our charts and improving them to set the team up for success and enable meaningful and clear insights
    • Work through a backlog of enhancements and additions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that what is built is fit for purpose and re-usable.
    • After the initial 6-12 months and getting more familiar with our ways of working, you will have the opportunity to expand your work to include analytics insights projects and tackle more questions that influence the strategy of the business.
    • Working with the team to ensure data accuracy, understanding conversions and performance
    • Encourage and facilitate a self-service mentality with various stakeholders

    Skills We'd Love You To Have

    • You have worked with SQL and have experience with visualisations/dashboarding tools (we use Domo, but we also consider people who have worked with other tools such as Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI)
    • You have some experience in business intelligence analytics, and particularly building and maintaining dashboards
    • You have good intuition and think about users, not just numbers, understanding some of the key drivers of churn, engagement and activation.
    • You enjoy helping non-analysts to put data at the heart of what they do
    • You can take complex problems, build hypotheses, then test them through data investigations and clearly present back findings and recommendations
    • You have a desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.

    Commercial Executive

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage the creation and maintenance of our partner performance reporting - collaborating with our analysts and commercial team and working within a defined structure you will use Excel and Powerpoint alongside our internal reporting suite to build and maintain critical performance views that help us make impactful decisions.
    • Work alongside the commercial team and our partners to build and maintain user application funnels to help us understand our user application pain points and the effectiveness of our application integrations and monetisation journeys.
    • Work alongside our finance team to support on partner invoicing and payments each month - managing the collection of sale reports via email, checking basic calculations before submitting for invoicing.
    • Work alongside the commercial team gaining a deep understanding of our monetisation funnel and partner economics.
    • Work alongside commercial + data to conduct data recons and exchanges to further our marketplace mission and uncover additional opportunities for our users and partners.

    Skills We'd Love You To Have

    • Bachelor of commerce (Bcom) or Business Science (BusSci) or other analytical degree (stats/engineer etc) or equivalent

    CRM Manager

    • As a CRM manager You will lead the development and execution of our strategy. You will balance driving a step change in our metrics with a continued focus on improving our user engagement and driving revenue through CRM campaigns.
    • The CRM Manager - will be our CRM Tech expert, responsible for all technical & ideation aspects of the CRM campaigns across the SA market, including frontend development, design & design systems, templating, campaign architecture, segmentation, data attributes, and events.
    • Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your time will be split between planning, delivering and analysing the performance of our integrated marketing activity; You will be responsible for ideation, design (with the support of our internal studio), coding and deploying campaigns through our CRM platform.

    What you will be doing:

    Campaign management -

    • Plan, build, deliver, measure and optimise our user engagement and commercial CRM
    • Drive the CRM user engagement strategy to retain our users and deliver next best action
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey to create beautiful, highly relevant, and personalised CRM.
    • Brief and collaborate with ClearScore designers/writers to ensure comms are on brand, effective and accurate/compliant.
    • Research and recommend implementations of industry best practice and trends.
    • Manage, set up, QA and launch campaigns within mail server.
    • CRM product owner - Own our relationship with several key suppliers, arranging weekly check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, roadmap alignment sessions and product demos as well as negotiating contract renewals. Continuously investigate how to better utilise the core CRM platform as well as ensuring long term platform stability and data reliability. Constantly evaluate the need for, and adoption of, supplementary tools and technologies, to enable the delivery of expansive, personalised and multi-channel campaigns.
    • Data architecture in CRM platform - define and implement our approach to data within the CRM platform to ensure a scalable and reliable solution that allows the local teams to implement their automation and personalisation programmes. Work with marketing analytics and data science to identify and implement automation opportunities.
    • Standardisation and innovation across markets and products - maintain a “playbook” for implementing CRM as part of new business ventures; consolidating where possible to enable the sharing of assets and utilisation of current and new platform capabilities across ClearScore Group.
    • Design and Branding - work with Design function to define and enforce email design system guidelines.

    Skills we'd love you to have

    • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and a templating language such Liquid, AMPscript etc. Able to produce email templates/components from scratch, troubleshoot existing code base and write sophisticated templating logic for dynamic content
    • Hands-on experience of utilising a modern digital marketing platform such as BlueShift, Braze, Iterable etc to build automated, multi-channel campaigns and user journeys
    • Knowledge of managing and utilising data within a marketing platform - ideally with previous experience of event-based architecture
    • Previous experience owning relationships with suppliers
