    Customer Service Advisor

    Job Description

    We’re looking for ambitious Customer service Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our Dish client.  

    As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

    • Billing support  
    • Promotions/offers information 
    • Account setup 
    • Making payments 
    • Upselling 
    • Billing, fee disputes and account information 
    • Plan changes 
    • De-escalate customers 

    Your Skills

    To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

    • 6 months customer service experience OR working toward performance based targets.
    • Target driven.
    • Good at multi-tasking.
    • Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.
    • Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 1pm and 7am Monday - Sunday.

    Inbound Sales Advisor

    Job Description

    We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our SXM client.  

     As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

    • Taking inbound calls and converts them to revenue for our client.
    • Dealing with existing customers who want to move service from one vehicle to another.
    • Speaking to existing customers who have just got a new car and want to activate the service.
    • Some customers are returning an outbound telemarketing call or responding to an email offer also dealing with new clients who have found us through google searches.
    • This role requires a level of objection handling for any of the above customers that may be coming through.

    Your Skills

    To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

    • 6 months direct sales experience OR working toward performance based targets.
    • Target driven.
    • Good at multi-tasking.
    • Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.
    • Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 2pm and 4am Monday - Friday and 2pm - 2am Saturday and Sunday.

    Associate, Real Time Management - Cape Town

    Your tasks:

    • You distribute accurate and timely agent schedules and enter Intraday corrections and exceptions into systems for agent time off and absences
    • You monitor inbound volume for unusual activity to ensure staffing needs according to client service agreements are met and recognize abnormal scheduling issues and escalate as necessary
    • You will be responsible for case dispatching and queue monitoring
    • You initiate and coordinate trouble tickets and escalate issues as required
    • You prepare standard and ad hoc reports for agent availability effectiveness
    • You monitor and resolve agent availability concerns via phones, and messaging applications with agents and the operations centre

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience as Intraday Associate or equivalent scheduling position preferred
    • Ability to analyse and improve work processes and policies efficiently and implement according actions
    • A self-confident, professional, and customer service-oriented personality with problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and endurance even in difficult situations
    • Quick comprehension, learning ability, and a structured approach with high attention to details, meeting timelines and follow-through
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
    • Proficient in IEX, CMS, or other similar resource scheduling/Intraday management applications
