    IT Technician

    About Job

    Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for an IT Technician. This role will involve a combination of IT infrastructure, systems management and networking. The position will be based at our office in Brackenfell.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • End user support
    • Monitoring of software solutions
    • Troubleshooting of software issues and end-user problems
    • Software integration and associated infrastructure support
    • On site network support
    • Install and implement of all IT equipment: Computers, laptops, laying of network cables, install of IP Phones, installation and configure of IP-CCTV camera’s
    • Ensure the alignment of technology and business objectives.
    • Keep abreast of latest technology and process improvements with focus on continuous improvement
    • Ensure efficient and cost effective BAU support is delivered to the customer in line with the business objectives.
    • Engage frequently with the pharmacies to maintain awareness of expectations and service delivery experiences
    • Ad hoc responsibilities as required to support the operational requirements of the pharmacies and central office
    • Travelling between pharmacies from time-to-time

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Completed IT related National Diploma (Required)
    • IT Degree (Desirable)
    • ITIL V3 Certified (Desirable)
    • 1-2 years in a similar role (Desirable)
    • Linux (Desirable)
    • Knowledge of Unisolve Pharmacy program (Desirable)

    Shop Assistant and Cashier

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Overview

    • The main purpose of this position is to always be available to assist customers. Offer a high standard of service to customers on the shop floor and at the till points by monitoring the stock levels on the shop floor, and by following up on availability of stock on the shop floor.

    Purpose and Objectives

    • To always be visible, friendly and knowledgeable so as to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
    • To have a positive effect on sales by displaying good customer service interaction and following customer guidelines
    • By following stock management processes, monitor and improve stock availability
    • Maintain a high store standard by daily housekeeping and merchandising principles
    • Maintain high levels of accuracy when dealing with cash as well as to prevent shrinkage and loss
    • Always be vigilant and honest in daily activities 

    Requirements

    Experience and Education:

    • Completion of Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics (or 60% in Mathematical Literacy) and 50% in English
