    Administrator - Senior Data Capturer

    PwC has a contract opportunity available for an Administrative Project that we are running within our Human Capital Department. We are looking for three fixed term contractors on an initial three month period, where you will assist the Human Capital Department in capturing applicant information to the Applicant Tracking System, scan applicant documentation and electronically file said documents.

    Requirements to be met:

    • Matric
    • 2-3 years working experience as a Data Capturer
    • Working experience on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for example ex. Neptune
    • Working efficiently and accurately
    • Meeting data capturing production targets in previous roles

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Scan all graduate recruitment files to the ATS (Neptune)
    • Physically capture all applicant personal details to Neptune
    • Meeting data capturing production targets
    • Candidate Master Data validation on previous year intakes and bursaries
    • Clean up previous admin files
    • Calling candidates to verify information and/or update system information
    • Data clean-up – removing duplicate records
    • Update bursary history on Neptune – bursary allocation, bursary payments and bursary status’
    • Update vac programme attendance registers
    • Capturing interview and/or assessment scores

    Senior Associate - Risk & Quality Officer

    Job Description & Summary

    A career within Regulatory Risk and Compliance services, will provide you with the opportunity to help companies rethink their approach to risk and create a sustainable risk advantage.

    • Assisting the Head of Risk and Quality to ensure compliance to Namibian Anti-Money Laundering Legislation;
    • Assist with compliance to PwC’s new client on-boarding (Know your client) process;
    • Monitoring of existing clients’ compliance with laws and audit independence rules;
    • Preparation and review of agreements with clients, joint business relationships and sub-contractors, as required.
    • Reporting non-compliance with external Laws and Regulations or Internal Policies and Procedures;
    • Assist in monitoring compliance with PwC’s Global Network Standards; and.
    • Assisting with other duties assigned to the Risk and Quality team as and when required.

    Requirements

    • Namibian Citizen & eager to learn;
    • Law Degree or completed legal articles (attach documentation) 
    • 2-3 Years work experience; 
    • Strong administration skills;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; 
    • Ability to work independently; 
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills; 
    • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
