    SAP Basis Administrator

    Job Description

    • Internal administrator of business systems (mainly SAP ERP) with the focus on system security, administration and ERP authorisations
    • SAP ERP user maintenance
    • Create, change or delete users for the SAP ERP systems SoX, SAP
    • SAP ERP authorizations
    • Add, delete SAP authorizations according to the SAP Role concept
    • SoX, Maestro, SAP, SoD
    • Create evidence reports according to request by internal or external auditors
    • Ticket resolution according to SOP SoX and other applicable compliance regulations
    • Maestro: Maintain system settings
    • Trouble shooting of Maestro solutions, Maestro, Compliance
    • SAP Administration Coordinating the refresh of systems, maintain system
    • Printer set up and maintenance of connections to our IT systems
    • Support continuous improvement projects and team as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Education & Training: Solid business process understanding within manufacturing industry, SAP Basis and authorizations modules knowledge needed, Maestro, SoX, ITGC, ITIL

    SAP AMS Analyst

    Job Description

    • Provide support to SAP AMS Team by solving SAP related user requests, smaller projects and change requests by advising key users on SAP best practices, customizing and developing within the SAP ECC modules N/N module
    • Provide ITIL based user support using Ticket system
    • SOx compliancy
    • Configuration, development on, and maintenance of our SAP system
    • Taking care of application support, change management, enhancements, legal/fiscal changes and new process requirements.

    • Solve the assigned tickets within SAP AMS specific SLAs

    • Train (key) users on usage of SAP’s functions.

    Qualifications

    • Business or Computer Science degree at University level or equivalent Accounting degree and/or accreditation is a distinct advantage.
    • Deep knowledge of SAP module N/N and ITIL based user support

    Experience:

    • Several years experiences in supporting SAP applications, able to analyze business process requirements and specify / propose solutions, experience in international projects, team player, flexible.
    • Worked in an international SAPAMS environment compliant to SOX.
    • Experience with ITIL processes and ticket based working.
    • Worked with business user and understand business terms and conditions
    • Has a manufacturing background with complex multiple ERP system support function.

    Lead Associate - Quality

    Summary

    • The Quality Assurance department has an opening for a permanent role in the YGP campaign.
    • The main purpose of this position is to ensure professional, polite and efficient service is offered at all times, by conducting quality assessments on customer interactions, providing regular feedback to the agents, participating in calibration sessions and audits. It also involves engagement with Ops assistant managers on matters such as corrective action (Feedback session and coaching recommendations).
