    Job Description

    • Understand the nature and business impact of requests, perform the required analysis, and work with the developers to ensure functional and technical specifications are understood and delivered. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and gather, coordinate and manage business requirements, risks and expectations. Support the business with regards to business and process improvement, ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained, and perform high-level end-user testing before delivering solutions..

    Job Description

    • Provide risk management support for the lines of business in the identification, measurement and aggregation of credit risk through appropriate practices and processes.     Job Description

    • To effectively manage staff, motor and non -motor investigators, the processes, procedures , systems and departments accompanying this , in order to maximize gains , minimize losses and minimize costs

    Internal Process:

    • Staff day to day Management
    • Allocate, check validate all claims allocated to the team
    • Conduct final interviews on problematic claims
    • Complaint handling of any issues arising during claims validation or following the outcomes of any claim dealt with by the team members
