    Quality Assurance Officer

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee adherence to AML, KYC, FICA, and POPIA regulations, ensuring compliance across all operations and partner engagements
    • Risk Assessment: Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential regulatory risks, proposing corrective actions where necessary
    • Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure processes are updated to meet new compliance standards.
    • Partner Compliance Management: Ensure partners meet compliance obligations, maintaining attestations and monitoring adherence to agreed-upon controls

    Requirements

    Academic Knowledge:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of emerging business clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

    Solutions Architect

    Requirements

    SOLUTIONS DESIGN:

    • Responsible for designing new solutions and documenting deliverables (Product team, IT team, business heads, Operations and Audit).
    • Drafting of architectures for new, existing and project deliverables.
    • Engagement with the development team and optimize the value of the work they perform.

    STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:

    • Coordinate technology decisions with other Product owners, Business Owners and development teams to ensure standards are adhered to.
    • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to build a deep understanding of product requirements, analyze customer business needs and translate into product solutions.

    BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS:

    • Participate in refining and approve requirements from your product team colleagues (user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, in scope and out of scope criteria, test cases).
    • Be part of the release planning and drive the release through user acceptance testing and stakeholder approval for release.

    Senior Database Administrator

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Identify user needs to create and administer databases
    • Ensuring that the database operates efficiently and without error
    • Making and testing modifications to the database structure when needed

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science
    •  At least 5 - 8 years advanced IT support experience in relational database management systems including Oracle databases preferably in a financial institution.

    Experience/Skills required:

    • Install, Setup, Configure and Support of the following solutions:
    • 5- 8 years Oracle Database 10g, 11g, 12c (Mandatory)
    • MSSQL Server 2012 to current
    • PLC / SQL Scripts, Stored-procs and Queries                   
    • Microsoft Windows operating systems
    • Linux or Unix operating system
    • Key Management /cryptography
    • ITIL processes and desire to follow processes with little formal control
