    Industry Partnership Lead - Cape Town

    Key responsibilities 

    • Identify and engage existing and new partners to expand our business reach and drive revenue growth. 
    • Foster strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with our business strategy. 
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform our partnership strategy. 
    • Drive due diligence process to evaluate potential partnerships and ensure alignment with company objectives.

    Requirements

    • Postgraduate degree in Business or related field.
    • Referencable payment industry experience is essential. 
    • Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong sense of importance for relationship management. 
    • Ability to negotiate.

    Instructional Designer - Technical

    Your Responsibilities

    As Instructional Designer - Technical you will be responsible for the following:

    • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organise, and write document sets.
    • Analyse and filter data to ensure accuracy and completeness of content created or reviewed. 
    • Effectively utilise content management platforms to create and/or maintain content including:
    • Online editing and publishing platforms
    • Docs-like-code tools and workflows, e.g., Git/Github and Redocly
    • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

    Produce user documentation including:
    Overview/feature guides
    Design guides
    Implementation guides
    Support guides
    Ensure all documents conform to style guidelines and are internally consistent.
    Maintain existing content and reference material through:

    • Regular updates resulting from stakeholder engagement / feedback.
    • Routine reviews of existing product document sets.
    • Maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders, e.g., Business Analysts, Engineering, Product, SMEs, Sales.
    • Assist with document reviews as requested by stakeholders.

    What you’ll need

    • Tertiary qualification in a technical field (science, engineering), or a minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience. 
    • Demonstrated experience using developer tools such as Github and Redocly (1-2 years).
    • Familiarity with text-based markup languages such as Markdown or Latex
    • Experience with using web publishing platforms, including basic knowledge of CSS and HTML.
