    New Car Sales Manager - Emerging Automotive Brand

    The Role

    You will be responsible for driving sales performance while helping shape the identity and market presence of a fast-growing brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Leading, motivating and developing the New Car Sales Team
    • Driving new vehicle sales volumes, profitability and CSI
    • Implementing creative, out-the-box sales and marketing strategies
    • Working closely with marketing teams on digital, social and showroom campaigns
    • Managing daily sales processes, pipelines, forecasting and reporting
    • Ensuring compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies
    • Setting the pace, energy and culture within the sales floor

     Minimum Requirements

    To be considered, you must have:

    • At least 2 years New Car Sales Management experience within a franchised motor dealership
    • A proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence

    Parts Sales Executive - Motor Dealership

    Key Responsibilities

    Your duties will include:

    • Parts sales to counter customers, workshop and panel shop
    • Managing high-volume telesales enquiries and quotations
    • Accurate identification and supply of parts across multiple brands
    • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
    • Building strong relationships with technicians, service advisors and repeat customers
    • Ensuring correct invoicing, picking slips and system updates
    • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

    Minimum Requirements

    To be considered for this position, you must have:

    • A minimum of 3 years Parts Sales experience within a franchised motor dealership

    Proven exposure to:

    • Counter Sales
    • Workshop Sales
    • Panel Shop Sales
    • Tele Sales
    • A strong sales mindset with a consistent target-driven track record
    • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
    • Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail

    Advantageous Experience

    The following will be highly beneficial:

    Experience working on dealer management systems such as:

    • Keyloop / CDK / Drive
    • IAL
    • Exposure to multi-brand dealerships

    Vehicle Stock Controller

    Job Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • A Valid Drivers License

    • Working knowledge of Keyloop/Drive/CDK

    Branch Accountant - Motor Industry

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full control of banking, petty cash, CODs, debtors, and creditors
    • Daily processing, reconciliations, and payment preparation
    • Ensure debtors and creditors remain within agreed terms
    • Prepare and maintain balance sheet and GL reconciliations
    • Monitor WIP, warranty claims, and workshop documentation flow
    • Prepare daily operating controls (DOC) and workshop productivity reports
    • Analyse income statements, balance sheets, and budgets
    • Manage fixed assets, audits, capex applications, and asset registers
    • Prepare management and departmental meeting reports
    • Handle internal accounts, maintenance plans, and sundry invoicing
    • Maintain excellent financial controls, filing, and compliance with company policies
    • Support departmental managers through insights, reporting, and collaboration

    Minimum Requirements

    • BCom Degree in Accounting or similar qualification
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role (Retail motor dealership experience highly advantageous)
    • Code 8 Driver’s Licence
    • Solid understanding of dealership financial processes and controls

    Internal Auditor - Motor Industry

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform and control the full internal audit cycle, including risk and control assessments
    • Develop annual internal audit plans aligned to business risk
    • Assess the effectiveness of operational processes, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
    • Analyse accounting records, audit data, flowcharts, and previous reports
    • Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, fraud risks, and opportunities for cost savings
    • Prepare clear, accurate audit reports and findings memorandums
    • Present audit outcomes to management with practical, value-adding recommendations
    • Act as an independent and objective advisor to management
    • Conduct follow-up audits to track and evaluate management’s corrective actions
    • Maintain open and professional communication with key stakeholders
    • Stay up to date with audit standards, legislation, best practices, and industry trends

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree in Internal Auditing (essential)
    • CIA qualification completed (non-negotiable)
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor
    • At least 2 years’ fraud auditing experience
    • Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors
    • Strong accounting knowledge(Financial Accounting or Financial Management background advantageous)
    • Advanced Excel and IT skills
    • Risk and compliance experience preferred
    • Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
    • Fully proficient in reading and writing English

    Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a sales business plan covering sales targets, revenue, and expense control
    • Achieve and exceed planned sales goals
    • Set and manage individual sales targets for the sales team
    • Monitor performance, track results, and report on sales activity
    • Lead, coach, and manage the commercial sales team
    • Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation and promotions
    • Drive continuous training and development of sales staff
    • Motivate, mentor, and support salespeople through regular engagement and performance management
    • Build strong customer relationships and promote dealership products and services
    • Understand customer needs and align sales strategies accordingly
    • Support dealership objectives and contribute to overall team success
    • Perform any reasonable and lawful duties as required by the Dealer Principal

    Minimum Requirements

    • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Sales Management role
    • Commercial vehicle sales experience essential
    • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
    • Experience in customer relationship management
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team
    • Matric or higher qualification
    • Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous Dealer Principal exposure or experience advantageous, as the company offers strong succession planning opportunities
