DUTIES:

• The “Sales Process” from the development of prospects to the closing of deals
• Develop needs and wants or fulfil the same in clients and potential clients by providing a suitable solution
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic goals and strategies to maximize short and long term
• Sales growth and market penetration with profitability of the total mix of Bell product in the assigned area of responsibility and client profile.
• Build and maintain solid corporate relationships with Customers, providing reliable support, integrity, honesty with reliance security to the service and relationship offered.

Key areas of focus are to include:

• Ensure that the BELL brand becomes the preferred brand of choice
• Attaining and exceeding agreed sales and gross profit budgets
• Maintaining and enhancing the Company’s image at all times
• Developing and enhancing customer relationships through extensive calling and cold calling
• 80% Participation in Private sector deals
• 95% Participation in Government sector deals
• Reporting on opposition activities and market intelligence
• Ensuring all administrative duties and CRM, ie call reports, reports on lost sales, forecasting, etc are accurately and timeously completed
• Maintaining and enhancing the Company’s image at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Abet Level 4
• A minimum of 5 (Five) years' experience in the selling of Bell or Heavy Earthmoving Equipment
• Preference will be given to applicants who have completed an appropriate tertiary degree or diploma or have made substantial progress towards attaining same
• May not have a criminal record due to international travel
• Applicants must have strong communication skills
• Applicants must be self-motivated and resourceful
• Applicants must be prepared to travel and spend time away from home as required
• Full computer literacy is required in both MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

DUTIES:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in various earthmoving equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in earthmoving machinery technology.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Repair and service to the full range of Bell Equipment machinery.
• Strip, asses & rebuild machine components, including engine, transmission, axles, pumps etc.
• Plan for parts & equipment required for specific repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be qualified red seal Earthmoving Mechanics with a minimum of N2 trade theory, engineering science, applied math’s & engineering drawing.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems in heavy machinery
• 5 years post trade experience in mechanical repairs field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in earthmoving equipment.
• Valid code 10 driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Previous experience working with earthmoving equipment.
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools.
• Additional certificates in electrical systems or related fields would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PC literate
• Basic welding skills
• Applicants MUST have their own set of tools.

DUTIES:

• Sell across the range Bell parts
• Perform parts telesales & counter sales
• Parts related administration i.e. generation of pick list and quotations
• Strive to meet sales targets & budgets
• Follow up on quotes created to generate revenue
• Maintain & expedite customer back orders and feedback to customers
• Attend to customer and debtor queries without delays
• Filing of all parts sales related documents and customer orders
• Assist Part Team & Supervisor as and when required
• General house keeping
• Provide standby after hour Standby services
• Work overtime when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric and or ABET L4
• At least 1 year’s parts sales experience
• Knowledge of AS400 and SAP would be advantageous
• Good general knowledge on earthmoving parts would be advantageous
• Good customer relations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good telephonic skills
• Good computer operating skills
• Good command of English language both written and oral
• Valid code 8 driver’s license
• Applicants must be well presented with excellent manners
