• A street-wise property manager who will manage a growing portfolio of residential properties in Gauteng. This opportunity will allow you to get end-to-end experience of property management and operations, while managing a diverse portfolio of rental properties including low and higher-end units. This role is within a growing group and there will be opportunities for growth for a driven and ambitious candidate.

Salary

• R20, 000 per month

Responsibilities

• Tracking and optimising performance of rental properties
• Overseeing property collections and resolving issues
• Appointing and managing of professionals to resolve property issues
• Minimising vacancies by deploying agents/filling units as required
• Managing the short stay accommodation portfolio

Requirements

• Previous experience in the property industry
• Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Ambition, strong problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• Must have own transport and be comfortable travelling

As a Full Stack Software Engineer you must be able to architect, engineer and develop new and existing systems based on user and stakeholder brief. You should adhere to specifications and timelines using the SOLID programming principals. Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems and extend current systems

• Design, build and extend databases to ensure best optimisation and functionality
• Design new, extend and consume current REST APIs
• Must follow industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a full stack developer
• Proven software development experience in PHP or similar language
• Firm grasp of Object-orientated programming and SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of MVC frameworks like Laravel
• Experience developing JavaScript / TypeScript and using frameworks like Vue.js or similar
• Experience using MySQL /PostgreSQL database technologies
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Linux/Unix experience

Beneficial skills:

Role Description

A passionate and driven web developer with in-depth knowledge of UI/UX design who will join a team of experts. You will be required to improve the visual and user experience of existing applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML and CSS. You should be comfortable dabbling in code, with a core focus of updating and upgrading the look and feel of current platforms and advising on how the user experience can be improved moving forward.

Salary

• R65,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Build UI/UX designs
• Building useful, ergonomic, and aesthetically pleasing UIs that feature complex data visualisations
• Conduct customer-focused research including user interviews, field visits and surveys to deconstruct users’ digital interactions and habits
• Create UI and UX strategies based on company goals
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups using modern design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Pencil Project, Figma etc.
• Conduct user tests of applications and prototypes; create and maintain style guides
• Work closely with the Front-end Developers to design, build, implement and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
• Guide and upskill other developers on how to create and build quality UX/UI systems

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a web developer
• A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript, UX and UI proficiency and understanding
• Expert knowledge of; and extensive experience with CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS pre-processor tools
• Expert knowledge of; and extensive experience with Vue.js or similar, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5 and its best practices
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, Pencil Project, Figma etc.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
