Role Description

• A street-wise property manager who will manage a growing portfolio of residential properties in Gauteng. This opportunity will allow you to get end-to-end experience of property management and operations, while managing a diverse portfolio of rental properties including low and higher-end units. This role is within a growing group and there will be opportunities for growth for a driven and ambitious candidate.

Salary

• R20, 000 per month

Responsibilities

• Tracking and optimising performance of rental properties
• Overseeing property collections and resolving issues
• Appointing and managing of professionals to resolve property issues
• Minimising vacancies by deploying agents/filling units as required
• Managing the short stay accommodation portfolio

Requirements

• Previous experience in the property industry
• Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Ambition, strong problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• Must have own transport and be comfortable travelling
