    Payroll Associate

    As a key member of the payroll team, this role focuses on providing a professional and first-class administrative service to the business. This role is directly responsible for all aspects of Payroll Administration. The role will also require some involvement in project work. Typical duties will include:

    • Maintain and improving the level of service provided through managing Payroll inbox, onboarding coworkers, processing employment changes, handling the process for coworkers exiting the business, providing administration for co-workers looking to change details.
    • Supporting the continuous improvement of Payroll activities
    • Actively contributing to the successful completion of Projects or improvement plans
    • Accurately input and maintain employee information on systems.
    • Provide accurate and timely management information and reports.
    • Carry out data cleansing as required.

    Senior Collections Associate

    To administer an assigned portion of the Sales Ledgers to generate maximum cash flow, minimise bad debts and provide a high standard of Customer service.     What we need:

    • Maintain Customer accounts within the designated credit limit and aged debt profile
