    Financial Aid - Administrative Assistant: REF. NO. FA15 & FA16

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • M+3 qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or Accounting related.
    • One-year Higher Education Experience

    EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Office environment experience

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES

    GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES

    • Full Bursary Administration
    • Maintain on-line filing system
    • Updating of students correspondence
    • Receiving, verifying forms
    • Data capturing
    • Enforce current internal processes
    • Other duties assigned by line manager

    CUSTOMER ADVICE & SUPPORT

    • Assisting students at Reception.
    • Resolving queries where possible.
    • Referral of students to relevant Financial Aid Counsellors & Seniors.
    • Attending to student queries via different platforms
    • Initial screening of students ' queries before referrals.
    • Advising students of their application status.
    • Disseminate Financial Aid Information.
    • Booking of student appointments for sponsor visits.
    • Assisting with Bursary applications/other logistical duties.

    TEAM PARTICIPATION

    • Maintains sound relationships with colleagues and contributes to team effort.
    • Ensures personal & professional self-development.

    SYSTEMS

    • Viewing student records.
    • Submits weekly & monthly work and statistics reports to Senior Financial Aid Counsellor.
    • Give monthly feedback to Financial Aid team during Departmental meetings.

    ERP Specialist

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An NQF level 7 qualification in Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Development or equivalent relevant qualification in ICTS
    • 3 years’ experience as an ERP Specialist
    • 2 years’ experience dealing with business analysis
    • Certification in ERP systems and applications.

    Residence Development Officer Post Number : 694

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma/ Degree in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Education/ and preferably developmental modules.
    • 3 years working with developmental programmes in Higher Education.

    Additional Requirements:

    Lecturer, English and Communication

    Lecturer

    • A Master’s qualification in English/Communication Science/ Linguistics or Applied Communication or Education specialising in English Language or Literature or a related discipline. A candidate with a doctorate degree will be given preference.
    • At least 3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level or 3 years’ experience in the relevant professional field.

    Senior Lecturer, Information Systems

    Senior Lecturer:

    • A completed Doctorate Degree, and an undergraduate study in the field of Information Systems/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
    • At least 5 years lecturing experience in the field of Information Systems at University level.*

    Associate Professor:
