    Accountabilities & Deliverables

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements, collaborating with senior analysts to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
    • Support the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with our products and services.

    Solution Development and Testing Support:

    • Work with technical and product teams to transform requirements into deliverable solutions, participating in testing to confirm that solutions meet client needs.

    • Assist in configuring and implementing wealth management software to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
    • Document configuration processes and best practices to support smooth, successful deployments and ongoing use.

    Client Communication and Relationship Building:

    Qualifications and Certifications
