    Field-Team Leader

    What you’ll do:

    • Split your day 50 / 50 between personal lead generation and team leadership.
    • Lead, support, and motivate a team of field agents to achieve lead generation goals and company targets.
    • Conduct daily stand-ups and debriefs to align team efforts and share updates or challenges.
    • Monitor team performance in real time and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback.
    • Ensure all team members adhere to data privacy regulations and brand standards.
    • Manage daily reporting of team performance, attendance, and operational feedback to Operations.
    • Coordinate logistics such as territory planning, resource needs, and business unit materials.
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance team productivity and engagement.
    • Mentor rising stars, coach under-performers, and run daily refresh sessions on objection handling & new product hooks.

    \What you’ll bring:

    • Valid driver's license and PDP advantageous

    • Previous exposure to call centres or insurance is a plus—full training is provided.

    Field Agent – Vehicle Insurance Lead Generator

    Requirements

    What you’ll do:

    • Approach prospective clients with the opportunity to save money on their home and vehicle insurance.
    • Educate prospects on product value propositions and qualify interest based on predefined criteria.
    • Collect accurate information and consent.
    • Provide feedback from the field to improve the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies.
    • Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Maintain and update lead tracking logs and report progress to the Team

    What you’ll bring:

    • A natural connector—your friendly smile, confident body language, and resilient attitude to make a strong first impression.
    • A clear communicator in English (Afrikaans or isiXhosa is a great bonus).
    • Tech-savvy, especially with smartphones, tablets and various applications.
    • Detail-oriented—spelling errors and typos don’t happen on your watch.
    • Matric-certified, with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, promotions, etc.).
    • New to insurance? No problem—we’ll train you.

    Business Unit Manager - USA Campaign

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operational Oversight

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address workflow challenges
    • Align campaign execution with broader business goals
    • Resolve bottlenecks and maintain service delivery standards

    Performance Management

    • Track KPIs and monitor team performance closely
    • Analyze data and implement improvement plans to boost results
    • Support the Operations Manager in driving efficiency and quality

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and mentor Team Managers, QA Agents, and other staff
    • Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with Mango5 values
    • Drive employee engagement and retention

    Strategic Execution

    • Translate business strategies into practical, measurable actions
    • Ensure team execution supports the department's overall vision and goals

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, and Client Services
    • Ensure seamless delivery through effective resource and workflow alignment

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Enforce adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively

    Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Support client initiatives and foster strong relationships
    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet SLAs and client expectations

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Advantageous)
    • 3–5 years’ international BPO/contact center experience
    • 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships, ideally with U.S. clients
    • Proven track record in leading team managers and delivering on campaign goals
    • Clear criminal and credit record

    Customer Service Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Respond to all inbound telephone calls for Company-wide inquiries.
    • Engage with customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or social media to resolve questions or concerns.
    • Assist customers with technical issues related to website navigation or mobile application.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in respective databases.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and dispatch service requests to relevant departments.
    • Make follow-up calls to leads, identify customer needs, and offer additional storage opportunities.
    • Promote client-brand awareness by presenting additional storage services to meet customer needs.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or strong customer service/retail sales background
    • Successful record of sales accomplishments, preferably in the self-storage or retail industry
    • Ability to interface with new and existing customers, maintaining effective client relationships.
    • Proven experience in navigating conversations with dissatisfied clients while remaining composed.
    • Ability to multitask in a high-volume customer environment and manage competing priorities.
    • Independent work capability with limited supervision
    • Experience in turning leads into opportunities and achieving/exceeding sales goals.
    • Strong negotiation, listening, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications (Zendesk, HubSpot, Site Link, Google Workspace, etc.)

    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
    • Upselling & cross-selling to existing customers.
    • Building strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Managing leads and pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot/Zendesk experience is a plus!).
    • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
    • Working rotational shifts to align with USA business hours.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with in the UK/USA BPO environment(cold calling & customer sales).
    • Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).
    • Matric certificate  
    • Clear criminal record.
    • CRM-savvy (experience with HubSpot or Zendesk is an advantage).
    • Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-pressure sales environment.
