MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To lead and manage the internal and external emergency care training delivered by Mediclinic and ER24, including the management of the associated emergency care training team and training sites to deliver quality emergency care education and training to staff and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Manage student administration processes including recruitment processes, marketing strategy and record keeping
- Lead and manage the Mediclinic Higher Education EMC training team
- Manage and control the EMC and commercial training budget
- Govern the quality of higher education and training EMC courses and content
