    Engagement Co-Ordinator (GTM experience required)

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and deliver pre-sales presentations about Professional Services offerings.
    • Attend internal meetings to discuss the sales pipeline, project feasibility, and resource planning.
    • Collaborate with managers to plan resources and support internal projects.
    • Define project concepts, scope, and manage timelines for projects.
    • Collaborate with Onboarding teams to ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
    • Cultivate and maintain consultative relationships between dispersed groups and departments.
    • Review and contribute to product enhancement specifications.
    • Evaluate and improve current project implementation processes and methods.
    • Document risks, execute executive escalation where necessary, and develop mitigation plans.
    • Conduct client meetings to discuss project actions, risks, and issues.
    • Facilitate excellent written and verbal communications, creating RAID logs, and Lessons Learned documents.
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather business requirements, track open items, and ensure timely client delivery.

    What You'll Bring

    • Proficient using MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
    • Demonstrated ability in customer-facing positions.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
    • Familiarity with project management processes (i.e., Waterfall methodology).
    • Experience in pre-sales activities, including delivering presentations and collaborating on sales pipeline planning.

    Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft, email networking and security experience essential)

    What you'll do

    As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers and your Mimecast coworkers with complex questions regarding the Mimecast platform and the products we interact with. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, other e-mail related systems, have an interest in our API, as well as advanced networking fundamentals. You will need to have an excellent understanding of TCP/IP networking and internetworking, messaging technologies and messaging security technologies.

    What you'll bring

    • Deep understanding of internet fundamentals, network routing, email flow and security
    • Significant experience with implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, including functionality like group policy domain and forest trusts, and FSMO roles.
    • Knowledge and understanding of API integrations.
    • Experience providing technical support to IT Administrators
    • Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
    • Effective problem resolution and troubleshooting /root cause analyses
    • Excellent time management
    • MCSE, MCTS, MCITP qualification or equivalent is essential
    • Azure Fundaments Beneficial
    • Office 365 certifications
    • CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) Certification beneficial
    • Cybersecurity Beneficial
