    Business Analyst (Processes)

    Job description

    Reports To: Director of Business Development

    Purpose Of Role

    To develop and maintain efficient business processes within the network in order to manage costs and ensure that SPARK Schools continues to offer an affordable, quality education service to our community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Custodian of all business processes within the network
    • Responsible for gathering the requirements of each stakeholder team
    • Manage business process projects that include hosting workshops for information gathering
    • Map and document current business processes throughout the network
    • Map, scope and write reports detailing areas of improvement regarding all systems and business processes within the network
    • Manage the process of change requests, process improvement, make recommendation to business network on ideas to improve and streamline the process and systems

    Requirements

    Qualifications and experience:

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

    • Completed relevant diploma or degree in a related field
    • 3 to 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Engineer/Analyst or similar
    • Proven analytical and conceptualisation skills
    • Strong business analysis, meeting facilitation, project and time management skills
    • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business

    Recruitment Administrator

    Job description

    Reports To: Recruitment Officer

    Purpose of Role: The Recruitment Administrator is helps drive student achievement in our network of schools by supporting the Recruitment Officer in the administration and selection of staff within our network of schools.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting recruiters, universities, and relevant community organisations and seeking opportunities to make presentations and attend career fairs with the focus in attracting potential candidates.
    • Coordinates and participates in the recruitment process, including updating job vacancies on various job boards and website, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, scheduling and facilitating in-person interviews, working with line managers to analyse practical tasks, and arranging final meetings with relevant staff members.
    • Works efficiently and professionally throughout recruitment process, keeping thorough records and using data about applicant pool to drive recruitment.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    Experience

    • At least 2 years experience in recruitment, administration and or project coordination
    • At least 2 years experience in dealing with large volume of administration
    • Computer literate
