    Product Manager, Trauma & Extremities, South Africa

    What you will do

    • Conduct competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, product features, and competitive positioning, using established tools and networks.
    • Gather and utilize customer insights to articulate value propositions tailored to specific audiences and identify unexpressed customer needs.
    • Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable activities, including product launches and campaign execution, while supporting the development of key strategy documents.
    • Develop accurate volume forecasts, leveraging market research and sales data, and propose recommendations on strategic focus areas.
    • Lead value proposition development and customer segmentation efforts to align product positioning with customer needs and competitive dynamics.
    • Collaborate on creating pricing strategies and communication plans consistent with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
    • Analyze marketing channel effectiveness and develop tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, setting measurable goals and KPIs.
    • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships to support business objectives, demonstrating financial acumen and contributing to team development through coaching and mentoring.

    What you need

    Required

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing position in medical industry
    • Bachelor’s degree in the medical field, marketing or business administration
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

    Preferred

    • Experience in marketing within trauma and extremities portfolio with proven track record showing impact on sales
    • Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

    Pricing Manager

    What you will do

    • Facilitate annual strategic price increases, including impact analysis and system updates, while supporting pricing integrations for newly acquired businesses.
    • Track and analyze price performance across the portfolio, ensuring the team is informed of trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Take ownership of monthly pricing calls to align teams, share insights, and guide strategic pricing decisions.
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pricing discussions for important tenders and deals by providing data-driven pricing analysis, market intelligence, and product value positioning.
    • Conduct market analyses to identify trends, providing insights through tools like Power BI and Excel.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve pricing tools and workflows to increase efficiency and standardization.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance for divisional SKUs, customer-specific price lists, and pricing adjustments.
    • Educate and mentor sales teams on pricing strategies and processes to foster collaboration and drive better pricing outcomes.
    • Maintain SOX controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standard procedures.

    What you need

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in pricing management.
    • Demonstrated success in leading pricing strategy and influencing commercial teams.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis skills.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with ERP systems and Power BI.
    • Prior experience in the medical device industry.
    • Previous experience in strategic pricing or change management projects.

    Kitroom Representative - PE

    Job description

    • Perform daily Kitroom operational processes end-to-end.
    • This position is responsible for the fulfilment and completion of the daily activities related to inbound flows, inventory control, outbound flows, and their related processes.
    • Responsible for coordinating bookings initiated by sales representatives, assembly of loan Kits, preparation of relevant documents, system entries reflecting movement of loan Kits, coordinating daily delivery schedules and collections, and ensuring customer needs are met in a timeous and accurate manner.
    • All items comprising of loan Kits must be maintained in accordance with the regulatory standards.
