    • The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme is a 24-month enhanced development programme which aims to recruit bachelor’s degree / BTech graduates who demonstrate the potential to reach leadership positions in the organisation.

    ​What are we looking for in a Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme candidate?

    • Successful applicants on the programme should have a desire to build a career with a leading FMCG company, have a sound academic record at an accredited institution and recently have completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification.
    • Future Leaders must have displayed the potential for high achievement and innovation throughout their qualification, have not worked full time (for more than 1 year, not including workplace experience) in their field of study, must be computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have a valid driver’s license.

    Electrician - High Voltage Experience

    THE JOB AT A GLANCE

    • Electrician is required to install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Compilation and updating of equipment registers (safety).
    • To ensure that machinery used in the unit is maintained, set correctly and free of safety hazards.
    • Input and print job cards and stores requisitions on the planned maintenance system.
    • Provide technical support to machine operators.
    • Conduct routine maintenance and maintenance inspections.
    • Applying pro-active preventative maintenance principles
    • Maximize performance on all equipment.
    • Complete job cards, logbooks and inspection reports.
    • Compile electrical schedules for the plant.
    • Exposure to PLCs. preferably Siemens S7
    • Exposure to AC drives and sequential control systems

    • Computer literacy and exposure to Computer Maintenance management System preferably DMS.

    Internal Auditor: IT

    • To lead IT audit and analytics engagements across the company’s FMCG manufacturing and distribution environment. This role provides independent assurance on the effectiveness of IT controls over critical systems supports continuous auditing initiatives, and drives the use of analytics to proactively identify and monitor risks in supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    IT Audit Leadership (FMCG-Focused)

    • Lead audits of IT general controls, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), plant automation, and supply chain applications (WMS) as well as other application controls.

    Analytics & Risk Monitoring

    • Use data analytics to test key business and IT controls—e.g., automated stock movements, segregation of duties in ERP, and system access patterns.
    • Build interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to identify anomalies in production efficiency, order fulfillment, or access governance.
    • Partner with Data & Digital teams to source clean, reliable datasets from operational systems.

    Continuous Auditing & Automation

    • Design and implement continuous auditing routines to monitor critical processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory reconciliations).
    • Identify opportunities for automation of repeat testing procedures and control validations.
    • Integrate with IT and operations teams to access real-time data where feasible.

    Advisory & Risk Consulting

    • Support digital transformation initiatives with control advice and risk reviews.
    • Assess IT security and resiliency.
    • Various project implementation reviews.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

    • Present audit results to IT, operations, and supply chain leadership in a business-relevant context.
    • Mentor and support IT auditors, fostering skills in analytics, manufacturing IT, and process understanding.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    Key Skills & Experience:

    Essential:

    • Relevant Honours Degree
    • CISA qualified – non-negotiable
    • 3-5 years of IT audit or technology risk experience, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
    • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), industrial control systems, and data flows across the value chain.
    • Proven experience in data analytics and process automation for audit purposes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical findings for business users.

    Fixed Term Contract Buyer

    • An FTC buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for a business.  Duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Achieve repair and maintenance costs by ensuring competitive buying from suppliers ( comply with Central Procurement sourcing procedure) - Ensure timeous delivery and availability of spares/ stock to minimize the impact of downtime or stock shortages
    • Drive quarterly meetings with suppliers 
    • Drive SLA discussions with key suppliers 
    • Run departmental expenditure reports weekly and monthly 
    • Ensure emergency breakdown purchase orders are created within 48hrs 
    • Obtain competitive pricing for consumables ( minimum of 3 quotations) 
    • Reduce spares holding (by 5% ) by implementing supplier onsite stock consignment ( pay as and when you consume the spares) 
    • Source and purchase technical spares and consumables at lowest cost to company.
    • Responsible for investigating and implementing savings 
    • Expediting & liaising with relevant staff regarding lead times, substitutes 
    • Responsible for reporting on function and maintenance of data 
    • Drawing up of Schedule Agreements / Service Level Agreements - Maintain accurate records of all purchases - Develop proactive relationships with OEM’s and 3rd party suppliers. - Ensure the security of stock

    • A minimum of four years’ experience working within a buying/procurement environment for capex and MRO spares and services
    • FMCG background experience preferred.
    • Matric/Grade 12
    • 3 Year diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Procurement
    • A degree/Diploma in the relevant field would be an advantage.

    Manufacturing Manager

    • Your main responsibilities include overseeing the operations of a given manufacturing plant, scheduling employees and managing work load and projects.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Management of and reporting of out of control situations, e.g. budget, safety, quality, manpower shortages, industrial relation etc.
    • Planning of the manufacturing operation and, manage all manufacturing operation on site.
    • Maximize productivity and quality
    • Implementation of corrective actions where non conformities were found.
    • The management of health and safety, production efficiency, quality, stock management and demand.
    • Consistently review the needs of the site introducing new technology as well as setting out the capital investment requirements in line with Group best practice policy.

    • Empower team through care and growth of people by providing people with the means the ability and accountability
    • Ensure the Plan adherence Schedules target are achieved
    • Investigate stock variances and implement countermeasures
    • Clarify roles and tasks – Develop and empower team members.
    • Full World Class Manufacturing (WCM) function: Manage and expand WCM strategy at plant level, maintaining a consistent approach and ensuring targets including cost reduction are met.
    • Educating staff in the principles and opportunities arising form WCM.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Academic : Degree in Engineering , Oracle knowledge and experience
    • Awareness of ISO international standards and systems
    • Experience : 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment in a 24 /7 running plants
    • 3 years management/ supervisory experience within a manufacturing, Proactive Management Activities (TPM, TQC, WCM)
