    Lubricants Planning Manager

    The candidate should possess the following:

    • Suitable 3-year tertiary education
    • Post graduate degree/Industrial Engineering will be an added advantage.
    • Extensive experience in costs analysis in petrochemical, production or industrial environment
    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Logistics Management (which includes materials management, materials
    • requirements planning, materials forecasting, warehousing, managing materials budgets and transportation) of which at
    • least 3 years’ experience in a managerial position in a large organization with a complex operations environment
    • Extensive experience in stock management gained in a petrochemical, production or industrial environment.

    The candidate will be responsible for the following:

    HSEQ:

    • To ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSEQ and security standards, local by-laws, standards and legislation
    • Promote safe working practices and be an advocate for a safe working environment.
    • People Management:
    • Lead, motivate and manage the control tower team
    • Direct work schedules to provide business continuity during absence periods
    • Manage third party staff to improve primary transport utilization

    Governance:

    • To ensure effective risk management and internal control, including asset management
    • Follow up and close findings emanating from various audits
    • Ensure compliance with group purchasing policies

    Supply Chain Optimisation:

    • Management of world class supply concepts to facilitate improved Inbound Logistics
    • Manage the logistics, procurement and storage flows for finished products throughout the supply chain
    • Maximise efficient inventory management for finished materials
    • Control stock count process at all stock holding locations, including: planning, count entry, reconciliation
    • Represent Supply Chain at Lubricants range review sessions
    • Work with Corporate Purchasing to review vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities
    • Work with Corporate Purchasing team for tendering activities
    • SAP Key user for production planning, master data and product purchasing. Initiate best practices for SAP flows
    • Manage UK article range in SAP to ensure data integrity for costing and cession pricing. This includes product introduction
    • and removal from the range
    • Dead stock: Identify, report, providing rework and disposal solutions
    • Work with local and group colleagues to optimise sales forecasting requirements
    • Work with Business Support in preparing Lubricants Supply Chain annual budgets and Long-Term Plan

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Nurture a culture of continual improvement in the team
    • Review Actual vs. planned supply chain performance, understand reasons for deviations and implement improvements as required
    • Actively investigate network optimization alternatives and work with LMP and Commercial to justify & implement changes
    • Follow models of competitor supply chains based on current operation and future investment plans, present findings regularly

    Relief Depot Manager Nelspruit

    Candidate Profile

    • Suitable 3-year tertiary qualification in engineering or logistics supply chain management
    • 5 years of depot operations work experience
    • Knowledge of company policies and procedures

    HSSE

    • To effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring: Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements. Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies. That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
    • Ensure compliance to national legislation:
    • Health and wellness of all people on site

    • Consignor in terms of the transport of hazardous chemical substances

    STRATEGY

    • To fully supervise the operation of the depot within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations governing the Industry ensuring high customer service levels, effective management as well as efficient and cost effective operation of Operations
    • To effectively supervise the planning and operations of all finished products in Nelspruit to meet the demand of the of the supply chain.
    • To assist in report monthly consolidated results of the depot operations and any variances along with action plans to address anomalies.
    • Effectively relieve any position in the depot, as well as other depots and terminals where required.

    MARKETING / ASSET MANAGEMENT

    • Maintain levels at set targets to minimise working capital requirements and to meet customer demands.
    • Reconcile daily ensuring that sales transactions are processed, and quality control is maintained.
    • Ensure stock gains/losses are within accepted norms/standards to minimise stock losses.
    • Supervise the loading and distribution of product in the depot to ensure:
    • The right product, in the right time, at the right quantity against set service levels and transport KPI’s to meet customer requirements and improve the efficiency and optimisation of the transport.
    • Products loaded are reconciled daily to maintain quality and stock control.
    • Timeous offloading of tank cars together with shift supervisor to ensure correct product to the correct tank..
    • Transactions on SAM, SAP and EDI with regards to road and rail gantry are transacted correctly and timeously.
    • Product received into depot via road and rail is of the correct quality, quantity and correct storage locations.
    • LOB is captured and reconcile on the stock balance.
    • Delivery gains/losses are within accepted norms/standards to minimise stock losses.

    MAINTENANCE

    • Supervise the depot’s maintenance programmes at minimum cost ensuring no loss of revenue due to downtime in the depot’s operation, the company’s assets are protected, and all risk is minimised.
    • Assist depot Manager in compiling annual maintenance budgets for depot to ensure accurate and sufficient allocation funds.
    • Maintenance and operation of VRU to ensure proper function.
    • Alignment and maintenance to Integrity management of MAESTRO/TRA requirements
    • Perform any other duties as requested by the Line Management.
    • Assist in the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) at the depot

    Plant Operator - Durban-Wharfside & Causeway

    Candidate Profile

    • Minimum Education Qualifications – matric/N4 or equivalent.
    • Preferable any 3-year tertiary qualification
    • 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant.
    • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
    • Operation of plant machinery.
    • Working knowledge of HSEQ systems (ISO 9000/14001).
    • Training on all production processes.
    • Operation of the equipment applicable to processing and filling of petroleum or related products

    Maintenance Technician Kimberley

    Candidate Profile

    • National Diploma, S4, N4-6 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or successfully completed a trade test (red seal) in any of the above fields.
    • A registered industrial maintenance technician or in the process of acquiring registration with the  LPGASA (Electrical qualification will be advantageous)
    • A minimum of 3 years working experience in the petroleum industry preferably LPG industry.
    • A strong knowledge of unit operations e.g. cylinder manifold, vaporisers, storage tanks and fittings  LPG pumps etc.
    • A good knowledge of all relevant legislation that impacts on the Operations and HSEQ functions, e.g. OHS-Act and all SANS regulations impacting on the LPG industry.

    • Frequency requirements.
    • Inspect Totalgaz installations on a regular basis (at least annually) and report any non-conformances to be rectified.
    • Ensure proper storage of recovered assets along with new and revalidated equipment.
    • Ensure good stores / workshop management by maintaining housekeeping and proper storage of equipment in an orderly manner.
    • Liaise with suppliers and contractors pertaining to maintenance spares and work done on Totalgaz depots and consumer installations.
    • Ensure that correct equipment related to maintenance work is procured and installed.
    • Assist with technical training of staff and clients on Totalgaz filling depots.
    • Submit monthly reports of the following by no later than the 7th of the new month:
    •  Vehicle kilometer report
    •  Vehicle Inspection report
    •  Tools Inspection report
    •  Overtime report
    •  Outstanding works report

    Candidate Profile

    • A professional qualification/certification in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or Equivalent
    • A minimum of 4 - 5 years working experience in the Operations, in the downstream of Petrochemical or LPG industry

    Candidate Profile

    Qualifications Required:

    • Diploma in Accounting

    Experience Required:

    • A minimum of 2 -3 years working experiencing Accounting with supervisory experience
