    Maintenance Foreman

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    • Prioritise and allocate resources for maintenance of packing plant equipment in order to ensure safe and optimum machine reliability and availability.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Safety: Ensures that OHS Act and the company safety rules and procedures are adhered to within the area of responsibility. Identifies risks for maintenance/factory activities and addresses them
    • Budget: Controls and executes work against budget and authorise spending within authority limits. Plans and proposes maintenance budget. Finds opportunities for budget reduction and savings projects without an impact on Reliability
    • Projects: Acts as Maintenance representative on site projects and conducts forward planning to help filter out the relevant and important projects in the department. Guarantees Early Equipment Maintenance implementation at beginning of the project
    • Plant Availability: Ensures that machines are maintained as required and according to the maintenance schedule (current improvement methodology on site is World Class Manufacturing)
    • Develops and implements maintenance projects and standards by sourcing and evaluating materials and allocating and staff. Ensures that the spares required for maintenance are available and are procured according to quality specifications
    • Ensures that breakdowns/ adjustment losses are handled promptly and proper root cause analysis (RCA) is done
    • Manages action plans from maintenance activities (condition-based maintenance, Maintenance Tags, RCA)
    • Ensures that engineering-related losses are identified and eliminated/reduced
    • People: Lead a team of approximately 20 artisans and apprentices. This will include driving a professional Engineering culture that involves solving problems promptly and properly, at a high technical standard. Team management also includes setting up targets, monitoring performance and motivating the team

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • N6 Diploma Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years Engineering Foreman experience within FMCG/ Manufacturing environments
    • Process experience and working knowledge preferred
    • Proven Team Leadership experience team leadership and analytical skills

    NRM Business Partner

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Thisrole isresponsible for collaborating with theCategory Business Teamsto deliveractionable recommendationsthrough data-driven insights,scenario planning,stakeholder engagements& cross-functional workshops.The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop skills in business acumen; insights creation & strategydevelopment andwill beresponsible for capability building to integrate & scalenew ways of working, tools & methodologies.

    KEY DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:

    • Co-ordinate& collaborate& support the delivery of theNet Revenue Management, by managing the capability building, analytics & key milestones

    • Deliverdata-driveninsights and recommendationsthat will be a key growth driver for the category, with clear actions and KPI’s, measured & tracked viaP&L& market share

    KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Completed Bachelor’s DegreeinBusinessInformation,Data Science,Engineeringor Finance.

    • 2-3 years working experience withinFMCG(analyticalexperience is abonus).

    • Working knowledge ofdata visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI(or proven track record ofbeing able to upskill in new softwareindependently).

    • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

    • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner and clearly articulate impact to business, i.e.join-the-dots between data analytics & creating simple& actionable insights

    • Able to interactandwork well in a team to collaborate & co-create opportunities;ability to work cross-functionally and lead fromwithinrole.

    • Curiousto understand theconsumer, shopper and customerthrough data driven insights, trade visits & immersions – to ensure insights and strategic recommendations arerelevant, differentiated & future fit.
