    Course Consultant

    This is an opportunity to consult on courses from the best South African university brands. We need professional well-spoken graduates to help our mid-career students to decide how our internationally recognised short courses fit within their career growth. You will be required to serve our customers with dedication, commitment, pride and inspire them to action through meaningful conversations. Due to the nature of this role, shift work is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and respond to incoming queries for relevant courses and work progressively to close the sale, through execution of email and telephone strategies.
    • Employ telesales or equivalent marketing strategies to ensure we reach all leads interested in pursuing studies for our respective courses.
    • Complete structured and unstructured tasks related to each marketing campaign during the preparation, implementation, and wrap-up phases and constantly seek opportunities to improve processes.
    • Manage integration of content and all marketing activities into sales strategy and apply this strategy to both email and telephone contact points.
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance and progress and communicate findings to relevant Lead Course Consultant.
    • Complete product knowledge training and proactively seek ways to improve product and industry knowledge and better understand the target market for courses.
    • Accurately collate data and compile necessary reports relating to marketing campaigns, relevant projects and student groups.
    • Process incoming registrations (individual and group) following outlined process and liaise with relevant departments when required.
    • Assume responsibility for own productivity, remain up to date on company projects and ensure company and department objectives are met.

    Job Requirements

    • Matric exemption and tertiary education preferred.
    • At least 2 years work experience, involving email and telephone engagement with prospective clients.
    • Proven sales experience essential.
    • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to the fast pace of the business.
    • Skill in organising time and establishing priorities.
    • Own reliable transport.

    International Admissions Counselor

    We are looking for Admissions Counselors to recruit prospective student for one of our prestigious, highly-ranked University partners’ programmes. Recruiting qualified applicants for the top-tier programmes we partner with requires a consultative approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on, and a passion for changing lives through high quality education. In the role you will be the first point of contact for each and every student so a tenacious go getter attitude is a must. Due to the nature of this role, UK working hours will be the standard (10h00 to 19h00 Monday to Friday).

    Key Role And Responsibilities
    Student Recruitment Activity

    • Manage and respond to incoming queries and work progressively to close the sale, through execution of the appropriate contact strategies.
    • Contacting international prospects via email and telephone to recruit them for the university. Must conduct a high quantity of contacts to inquiries to secure application and enrollment towards the programme(s).
    • Communicating approved admissions presentations to promote programmes to prospective students.
    • Determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based on admission requirements and career goal compatibility.
    • E-mailing correspondence to prospective students to follow up with their intent to complete an application.
    • Conducting follow-up activity with prospective students to ensure they are able to successfully complete the admissions and enrollment process.
    • Closely assist and mentor students through the admissions process.
    • Being persistent with a passion for education.
    • Represent the University Partner to the best of your ability, keeping in mind that you need to protect the integrity, brand and reputation of the institution through every engagement with prospective students.

    Education And Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
    • 1+ year of phone-based experience in a metrics-driven environment.
    • Strong sales and customer service background.
    • Experience in higher education is advantageous.
    • Verbal and written fluency in English.
    • Excellent computer literacy.

    Working Conditions

    • Admissions Counselors will be required to work UK business hours or shifts based on business requirements.
    • You may also be required to work on a Saturday, should it be business requirements or need.
