    Rental Administrator

    • The purpose of the Rental Administrator (Maternity REliever - contract position) will be responsible for receiving, communicating, and keeping record of all customer requests for renting of Arjo products. Providing support and communicating with external customers (Public and Private Hospitals, long-term care facilities and Private customers) as well as internal department (Rental Operations, Billing and Finance team, Sales Managers and Customer Relationships Representatives).

    Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

    Call Administration and data capturing:

    • Daily receipt of requests from customers via Calls, Whatsapp and Emails
    • Capturing all the relevant request information on our data capturing system
    • Assisting customers with, and providing feedback on customer queries

    Process Management:

    • Working closely with the Rental technicians and regional supervisors for completion of requests
    • Communication of all requests to Rental Technicians
    • Continuous follow up with Rental Technicians on completion of customer requests
    • Escalation of requests not yet completed to the relevant departments
    • Completion of the call request records with all the relevant completion details provided by the Rental technicians
    • Filling and recordkeeping of all documentation

    Reporting:

    • Daily, weekly and monthly 
    • Providing accurate information upon request by Sales and Operations managers
    • Reporting using Dashboards in MS Office

    Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

    • Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.
    • 2 – 3 years in a similar position (Customer Service or Data Administration roles)
    • Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Administration/Supply Chain Management will be beneficial
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
    • Experience with data capturing systems beneficial
    • Great communication skills (Verbal and written)

    Rental Technician - Pretoria, South Africa 1

    • The purpose of the Rental Technicians is to ensure the successful and efficient performance for Rental Operations. This requires the Rental Technician to supply rental systems to the end-users, up-lift and disinfect/clean the used systems to ensure quick turn-around and availability.

    As the Rental Technician( Fixed Term Contract ) you will be responsible for:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirement list below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    Delivery, Installation, Cancellation and Collection Duties

    • Delivery, installation and collections completed with within the company’s SLA and 4 hour turnaround time requirement
    • Build strong relationships with customers in hospitals, aged care facilities, clinics, etc.
    • Troubleshooting /faultfinding, on medical pumps and mattresses
    • Provide Installation training to end users
    • Adequate stock maintained in vehicle for efficient service turnaround
    • Maintain Vehicle in a lawful manner and in accordance with Company Policies
    • Be available for 24 Hour call on a rostered basis or as instructed if/when required
    • Handle & clean products in accordance with Company Infection Control policy

    • Advise management of trends and developments in the market.
    • Take reasonable care for own safety and that of others at work by reporting any safety hazards, accidents or incidences to your supervisor.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes

    Administrative Duties: 

    • Completing of Installation & Cancellation documents on our data capturing system
    • Completing of vehicle checklists, handover documents and cleaning registers
    • Completing of transactions logs on all assets (bed days, contracts, serial numbers, service records, contacts, etc.)

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • At least 1-2 years’ work experience

    Laundry Operator - Pretoria, South Africa

    • The purpose of the Laundry Operator role is to ensure the successful and efficient performance of Pressure Injury Prevention Rental systems. This requires the Rental Operators to track, clean and disinfect assets, to be pro-active in supply of systems to the Rental Technicians and to ensure quick turn-around and availability at all times.

    As the Laundry Operator (Fixed Term Contract) you will be responsible for:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receiving and dispatching of clean and dirty systems from Rental Technicians
    • Managing the inflow and outflow of rental systems Identify and separate soiled systems
    • Quarantine and disinfect contaminated systems
    • Report damages and/or abuse
    • To ensure all systems in the laundry are manually disinfected, deep cleaned and completed timeously
    • Follow the decontamination process of cleaning pumps and Mattresses
    • Safe storage and use of laundry agents including correct cleaning agents used in correct quantities for each task.
    • To Inspect ,Test systems and identify items needed for replacement
    • Replacement of damaged parts
    • Washing, drying, Assembly, testing and rolling of systems
    • Ensure corrective PPE and clothing attire is used when cleaning Test systems to fully operational standards before dispatching
    • Completing of laundry tracking sheets and repair documents.
    • Assist with completing Installation and cancellation forms when assisting field technicians
    • To keep laundry area clean and free from hazards.
    • Operation of industrial dryer and washing machine
    • Conduct regular cycle counts, stock takes and tagging of systems with serial numbers
    • Assist with other rental activities on the field and in the office when needed
    • Perform Other relevant duties as requested

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.

    • Completing of Installation & Cancellation documentation, uploading the data on the data capturing system.
    • Completing of daily asset count books.
    • Assist with completing Installation and cancellation forms when assisting field technicians
    • Other administrative duties where need be

    Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

    Knowledge and Experience:
