    Ops Specialist: Logistics

    Core Description

    • To oversee the warehouse and logistics staff as well as ensure efficient logistics operations in terms of cost, stock management and service quality for the warehouse, whilst implementing BCX standards andbest practices. To ensure the distribution of ordered products and spares as well as the maintenance ofstock levels in accordance with BCX policy

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Effectively lead the warehousing and logistics team by ensuring successful performance output.
    • Provide support to all operational teams and advise on good Stock Management governance.
    • Track and manage inventory and generate stock reports, despatch reports and formats for warehousefunctions.
    • Manage the eff ective and effi cient inbound, binning, and outbound processes.
    • Create Purchase Requisitions from approved suppliers and ensure all movement of stock is captured oninventory system for unallocated inventory.
    • Oversee the national management of optimal Inventory levels per profi t centre by highlighting slow movingand high inventory levels.
    • Manage the storing, packaging and handling of equipment according to the current National LogisticsStandard and relevant ISO 9001 policy.
    • Manage the adherence to all ISO procedures, HSSEQ and Waste Maximisation standards and ensure that theyhave been documented and communicated.
    • Drive Leader Standard Work and deliver an eff ective Document Management System aligned to Group Policiesand ways of working.
    • Manage all sales, customer, and backup stock in all traditional company 20 BCX warehouses.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Supply Chain Management
    • OR NQF 4: Grade 12

    Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role
    • Or  
    • If only Grade 12 (NQF 4), then 5-years’ experience in a procurement role

    Senior Manager: New Business & Sales

    Core Description

    • DotCom and BCX have partnered up and this role is Specifically for the DotCom entity. We are looking for someone who acn drive new business growth for DotCom Software by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across Microsoft Azure and related cloud services. Managing key client and partner relationships and aligning sales execution with delivery capability and divisional revenue targets.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Drive revenue growth across cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure migration, application modernisation, cloud architecture, and managed services offerings.
    • Lead end-to-end proposal development in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams, ensuring commercial viability and alignment prior to submission.
    • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders through structured engagement plans and regular strategic interactions.
    • Manage and track sales pipeline, opportunities, client feedback, and activity within the CRM system, delivering accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Contribute to divisional revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability targets through proactive pipeline generation and targeted account development strategies.
    • Analyse market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and monitor competitor activity to inform and refine sales strategy.
    • Support go-to-market initiatives by contributing to case studies, client references, event participation, and other activities that enhance brand visibility and market presence.
    • At least eight (8) to ten (10) years’ working Microsoft Azure-related solutions, cloud solutions managed services sales, proposal coordination, pipeline management and executive stakeholder engagement.
    • Proven experience in new business development, technology solution sales or account growth within cloud, managed services or IT services environments.
    • Two (2) to –three (3) years’ leadership or managerial experience in Microsoft Azure-related solutions, managed services sales and cloud solutions.
