    Accountant

    Summary

    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) is essential, Capacity to work a 12-hour shift for both Day and Night, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Must be able to function effectively independently, Fluent communication in English is essential. 

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

    Work Experience

    Technical Services Manager

    Summary
    The incumbent will be responsible for the management of risks related to hospital infrastructure and assets related to all plants and equipment. This includes but is not limited to:

    • To establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
    • Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled project and maintenance
    • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring efficient and quality service delivery
    • Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any challenges
    • Research and evaluate hardware and software options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis before procuring services and products on behalf of the business
    • Ensure proper maintenance and installation takes place

    Patient Services Manager

    Summary

    • The Patient Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Administration area. They will also be responsible for ensuring admission and discharge of patients is done in a professional, friendly and timeous manner as well as creating and maintaining goodwill with doctors and liaison with nursing staff regarding bed bookings.

    Responsibilities : 

    • Ensure staff admit patients in a professional, orderly manner and appropriate information is recorded
    • Ensure staff collect deposits and surcharges where applicable

    Summary

    Case Manager

    Summary

    • Busamed Gateway Private Hospital is looking for a suitably qualified, customer-focussed case manager to provide case management services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The position encompasses the daily management of patient accounts whilst working as part of a team

    Requirements

    Marketing Officer

    Summary
    Marketing Officer will support and execute key marketing activities in line with the overall hospital marketing strategy, which includes but limited to:

    • Support hospital marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives
    • Implementation of Brand Activation/New Product Launches and events
    • In-line with developed and approved strategies the marketing officer will execute GP visits and facilitate the introduction of specialists to GP’s. Further to this you will be required ensure that approved marketing collateral is placed in strategic areas including GP practices
