    Regional HRBP

    Purpose of Role:

    • To deliver integrated, value-adding P&C partnership across assigned the assigned function(s). Provides management and employee support, drives people initiatives, and ensures operational P&C delivery that aligns with business priorities. The individual is a trusted advisor to line management, enabling a high-performance culture, supporting workforce readiness, and embedding the Company’s people strategy and culture framework (“Formula for Success”).

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
    • 4–6 years’ HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in retail, or healthcare settings
    • Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) is advantageous
    • Exposure to project role out of transformation, skills development, and equity legislation (EE, BBBEE, SD).
    • Strong working knowledge of SA labour legislation and HR compliance practices
    • Core Generalist experience required with Retail sector

    Product Developer: Biscuits

    Responsibilities:

    Integrate and implement product strategy into development plans for the relevant department

    • Understand the retail competitor market & customer need states to meet and exceed expectations.
    • Apply customer & trends insights into product development briefs for suppliers.

    Drive and maintain a world-class sustainable product and packaging standard and framework:

    • Integrate with Central Quality & Suppliers to conduct and analyse comparative and directional benchmarking and translate outcomes into product plans where applicable.
    • Display a clear understanding of the science (baking, raw materials and their impact on final product, aesthetics, sensorial elements, safety aspects) of the relevant category, while keeping abreast and implementing new advancements where relevant.

    Inspire and influence the product teams and key stakeholders to deliver industry leadership positions:

    • Collaboratively and inclusively integrate with key stakeholders in achieving key product development milestones, ensuring a commercial and sustainability lens is considered at all times.
    • Timeously achieve milestones by consistently encouraging and aligning quality outputs.

    Amplify and embody an environment of creativity, growth, knowledge and empowerment:

    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality, setting a high standard for the team to follow.
    • Understand and actively share culinary and technical product knowledge with suppliers, matrix, and PD teams.

    Drive, integrate, and own product development processes and supporting systems:

    • Ensure alignment and integration with the Packaging Support Specialist to ensure packaging is considered throughout the development process.
    • Demonstrate a clear understanding of how delicious products are developed from conceptualisation to post-launch on shelf, including production processes within our supplier base.

    Essential Skills & Experience Required:

    • Relevant Degree/ Diploma/ Qualification in Food and Consumer Science
    • 3-5 years’ experience in the food industry or relevant industry experience
    • Experience in Food product development, Retail, FMCG brand management
    • Experience of working cross functionally or within a matrix organization
    • Experience within the field of brand management, product ranging, and development
    • Demonstrate strategic intent and holistic approach
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Project Management skills
    • Product Expertise in baking

    Business Development Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion the promotion and distribution of securities, asset management, and complementary wealth solutions.
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, financial advisers, and retail investors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and client insights.
    • Design and implement regional sales strategies to grow market share and brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders marketing, product development, and leadership to deliver tailored client solutions.
    • Host client presentations, workshops, and events to deepen engagement and showcase offerings.
    • Provide strategic input into product innovation to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
    • Develop and execute client experience strategies that drive satisfaction and sales performance.
    • Support marketing campaigns and cross-sell complementary financial products.
    • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives alongside divisional leadership.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM systems.
    • Deliver insightful management reports to leadership on performance and market trends.

    Minimum requirements

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, business development, or relationship management within wealth management or financial services.
    • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree.
    • CFA or CFP designation is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated success in IFA distribution and client acquisition.
    • In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Client-centric with exceptional service orientation and professional etiquette.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market dynamics.
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
