    Project Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To manage and implement platform projects from conceptual phase to implementation
    • To manage and implement cost reduction/quality improvement projects
    • Advising on and reviewing manufacturing methods and plans for the project
    • Advising on and reviewing manpower and equipment plans for the project
    • Project technical issue investigation, analysis and resolution
    • Ensure compliance to all aspects of SHEQ
    • Conduct acceptance testing in the factory and performance testing
    • Develop project plans and ensure the project is executed within budget, resource, and time constraints
    • Managing the planning and implementation of the entire project including mentoring and planning the project release
    • Must be able to understand the characteristics of a project and apply sound judgement of project development cycle
    • Designs as required by the specific project, including the specification required and sourcing of the various components
    • Ensure all work carried out complies with the correct standards in terms of accuracy and safety
    • Responsible for review and quality of all project’s technical documentation
    • Manage and control Engineering changes on the project
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
    • Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BSc/BEng - Mechanical Engineering or BEng/BSc - Mechatronics
    • 4 – 6 years in project management
    • 4 – 5 Year’s experience within Manufacturing
    • Recognized qualification in project management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Project management proficiency.
    • Proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions.
    • Planning, prioritizing and organizing skills.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with internal and external parties.
    • Press tooling, injection or extrusion process background would be favourable.

    Specialist-Imports Planning

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning of material requirements for serial production.
    • Coordinating of supply chain for serial production materials from local and foreign suppliers.
    • Following inventory levels according to business targets.
    • Managing material flow for daily & long-term purchase orders.
    • Coordinating and following transport requirements of material shipments.
    • Managing stock levels of critical components.
    • Managing the obsolete materials.
    • Developing strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability.
    • Making sure that the right materials are in stock in the required time frame.

    MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

    • Industrial Engineer / Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Degree.
    • Minimum 4 -6 years of experience in material/production planning.
    • Having knowledge of SAP or ERP system.
    • Having knowledge of MS Office programs.
    • Thinking broadly about business.
    • Understanding needs of the market & customer.
    • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs.
    • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people.
    • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility.
    • Building collaboration.
    • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

    Sr Specialist – Supply Chain Imports

    Key Responsibilities:

    Import Planning:

    • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order quantities, delivery schedules, and shipping methods.
    • Prepare and maintain import shipment schedules and timelines.

    Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all import documentation complies with customs regulations and trade agreements, including invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
    • Work with customs brokers to any issues that arise during the import process.

    Supplier Coordination:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
    • Communicate regularly with suppliers to monitor order ready date and query potential delays.

    Cost Management:

    • Evaluate and negotiate shipping costs with freight carriers and logistics providers.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings in the import process through process improvements and strategic sourcing.

    Inventory Management:

    • Collaborate with inventory and warehouse management teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze import data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on import performance metrics, including lead times, costs, and supplier performance.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, finance, and sales, to align import strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

     Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4 - 6 years of experience in import planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
    • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP,).
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
