    Query Handling Supervisor

    Key responsibilities

    • Pre plan collections for month as per issued target. Maintain a log of monthly collections as per RPV’s allocated.
    • To achieve OTC targets as laid down by management. To approve credits within authorised parameters.
    • To submit overdue accounts to Head Office for Litigation. Approve Credit notes and adjustments.
    • Meet with customers in efforts to build/maintain relationships and resolve any collection queries that may arise.
    • To maintain and execute collection strategies in line with set standards and policies
    • To guarantee timely and effective execution of internal control framework
    • To actively managed cross functional dependencies
    • To guide, reviews and initiates capacity management for credit and collection activities; ensures compliance with the departmental policies and procedures
    • To review daily progression to cash targets; adjusts and yields collection and credit activities accordingly to meet cash collection objectives

    Key Responsibilities

    Vendor & Fulfilment Centre Support

    • Assist in coordinating day-to-day communication with third-party fulfilment partners.
    • Support the execution of service-level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance monitoring.
    • Maintain vendor contact records and help schedule regular reviews.

    Inventory & Order Coordination

    • Support inventory tracking and data entry to ensure accurate records in supply systems.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfilment support roles.
    • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) or fulfilment centres is preferred.
    • Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and basic supplier coordination.
    • Exposure to ERP or supply chain management software.
    • Experience supporting compliance, quality control, or audit processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

    Director Compensation and Benefits SSA

    Responsible for 40 countries within Sub Sahara Africa

    • Contribute to the design and implantation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levels

    • Co-ordinate alignment of global/regional reward activities with other regional and country C&B teams
