    Senior Project Manager

    Job Description
    Responsible for multiple projects involving cross-functional teams. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, stakeholders, integration, communications, and risks. Serves as liaison among clients, technical and internal departments to expedite project processes. Helps develop self-managing Scrum teams and ensures their velocity by actively removing impediments.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree is desirable or equivalent 5-8 years of experience is acceptable
    • At least 8-10 years’ experience as a project manager
    • An Advanced Scrum Master Certification is a plus (Scrum Alliance certification is preferred)
    • Experience of working a Global organisation and working across time-zones and cultures

    Intermediate Java Developer

    Job Description

    • To research, analyze and evaluate requirements for existing or new software applications and designs, develops, tests and maintains software solutions.
    • Constructs and implements software platforms at Application and enterprise sub-system level and understands system functionality at enterprise sub-system level.
    • Object-orientated as well as functional programming mindset and will generally be proficient in two or more programming languages and adheres to standards set out by the senior and tech lead developers within the team.
    • Understands and interprets complex technical system specifications.Participates in JAD sessions.

    Scoring Analyst

    Job Description
    The Scoring Analyst will be responsible for carrying out descriptive and predictive analysis to develop analytical solutions which benefits our clients and their customers.  The role holder will engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and will also be able to carry out analysis independently. The individual will also support the team to enhance their skillsets and improve the quality of modelling and statistical solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or equivalent standard, with a high mathematical content e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research (O.R.), Economics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Actuarial Science.
    • 3-5 years’ experience of statistical / analytics project work.

    • Specify data extraction and manipulation routines for complex/non-standard projects, providing guidance to other Analysts where necessary.
    • Carry out and lead others in the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to create the structured samples necessary to address business requirements.
    • Interpret and, where appropriate, supervise and train others in the interpretation of analysis results.
    • Upskill team members to enhance their skillsets and improve the quality of their modelling and statistical solutions
    • Ensure that all critical business issues are identified through data analysis.
    • Implement appropriate quality control procedures for all modelling and analysis reporting and scoring.
    • Reduce error rate & re-run frequency. Meet both the analytical, client’s & business objectives.
    • Produce the best quality models that can be produced within the given project timeline.
    • Analyze and confirm the integrity of source data to be evaluated. 
    • Perform audits to support the implementation and accuracy of statistical models and other decision tools.
    • Be organized, document the project by using set-up templates or versions thereof & meet project deadlines
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the appropriate performance measures and statistical metrics to be applied during the analysis project
