    Controller

    Purpose of the role

    Contract Manager – Security Systems & Infrastructure

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Contract Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management, performance, and compliance of security system maintenance and installation contracts across all sites. This includes CCTV, alarm systems, electric fencing, and integrated security platforms, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company HSEC standards and mine procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Contract & Compliance Management

    • Ensure full compliance with all HSEC requirements, mine standards, and operational procedures.
    • Enforce adherence to OEM specifications, SAIDSA standards, SANS requirements, and contractual KPIs.
    • Manage supplier obligations relating to service delivery, safety, and system integrity.
    • Ensure all licenses, warranties, and software agreements remain valid and up to date.

    Maintenance & Operations Oversight

    • Oversee daily maintenance of all security systems, including:
    • Alarm systems
    • CCTV infrastructure
    • Electric fencing
    • Integrated security platforms
    • Ensure execution of an approved maintenance plan (minimum 9-hour daily coverage, flexible shifts).

    Job Description

    • Overall purpose of the job: As the Call Centre Supervisor you will be accountable for the daily running and management of the Call Centre through the effective use of resources.
