    Claims Agent Warranty (Hoot)

    Description    

    • To engage with claimant and /or service provider to request basic information needed in order to process claim - includes written correspondence and phone calls.
    • Evaluate claims based on documentation received including responses from claimant and providers

    Min requirements :

    • Trade Certificate
    • Motor / Workshop experience
    • RE / FAIS advantageous

    Key Responsibilities    

    Finance

    • Ask correct questions and gain necessary information to process the claim or advise the client accordingly.
    • If required, refer to independent Assessor.
    • Log a request on the system.
    • Coordinate with the Workshop, Owner, Assessor and other stakeholders.
    • Evidence to be provided to prove savings on claim cost (i.e. application of procurement initiatives, spend direction, accurate adjudication, salvage)
    • Finalize and close off the claim when all information is available.
    • Refer claims above R5,000 for authorization to the next line: Claims
    • Authorise claims in accordance with policy parameters.
    • Ensure 95% of claims are finalised on same day as registration Tyre & rim / 90% (Warranty)

    Customer

    • Administer and authorise claims on the system as per Company Policy and Procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to scheduling & service delivery within the call centre
    • Communicate with Internal and External clients and Repairing Agents
    • Understand and implement IG’s “Treating Customers Fairly” policy.
    • Minimum of 95% scoring on quality audits, no rework or escalations / first call resolution
    • Build relationship with internal stakeholders to promote customer delivery / centricity - 360 survey feedback.

    Operational Delivery: Conduct

    • Adherence to all company policies, call centre house rules, working hours etc.
    • Ensure self-adherence to all regulatory & legislative & audit requirements
    • Ensure self-adherence to quality of service delivery & communication
    • Adherence to processes, authorization limits, escalations (part of QA scoring - minimum 95%)

    Policy Administrator

    Description    

    • The main purpose of the job is to act as a single point of contact dedicated to Policy Administration, ensuring that all queries relating to data capturing and cancellations are fed through one channel and resolved efficiently within the specified timeframe

    Minimum requirements
    Education – Essential:

    • A Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

    Education – Preferred:

    • Certificate in Business Writing
    • Excel at intermediate level

    Experience – Essential:

    • A minimum of 1 - years' experience in administration

    Experience – Preferred:

    • Strong problem solving/query resolution background
    • Excellent numerical / reconciliation skills

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Manage and provide feedback on escalations and general queries in the relevant mailboxes
    • Accurately perform calculation of refunds, bad debt, outstanding income and cancelations Create and submit quotes and invoices on behalf of the sales team to Innovation clients
    • Ensure accurate Data Capturing and onboarding of policies within SLA
    • Own Time/Schedule and Leave Management
    • Document management - ensure electronic policy documents are attached to policies on the system.
    • Ensure internal and external queries are attended to timeously
    • Productivity/Targets and acceptable average productivity reached for team
    • SLA Acceptable response time on queries/complaints received
    • Ensure deadlines and benchmarks are met with low margin for variance.

    • Ensure timeous completion of online assessments to remain compliant
    • Ensure that internal operational processes are adhered to ensure self and team adhere to all company policies and procedures

    Senior Developer

    Description    

    • Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language. Analyse business requirements and develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information and report back to management and clients on progress made on projects.

    Minimum Requirements :

    • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 6/7 Qualification - (IT/Computer Science)
    • Current MCSD
    • A minimum of 5 years development experience
    • Experience in the following technologies & design patterns:
    • C#.NET
    • .NET Winforms
    • VB.NET
    • .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 & 4.5+
    • SQL.
    • Web services.
    • ASP.Net.
    • T-SQL
    • SQL 2000 - 2012
    • SQL Stored Procedures
    • SSIS and DTS Packages
    • Windows Service Applications.
    • JavaScript
    • MVC
    • Experience in using and managing source control systems such as Subversion and TFS
    • Experience in working in an AGILE Development environment.
    • Experience within the insurance industry will be advantageous
    • Experience in RESTFul and WCF will be advantageous
    • Knowledge of SharePoint and BPM software would be beneficial.
    • Experience in test driven development

    • Guide and advise peers on application design
    • Design, write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as performing calculations, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment.
    • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program;
    • Conduct testing of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct;
    • Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced
    • Perform or direct the expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements;
    • Perform systems analysis to formulate the technical design of programs to accommodate changes required to build functionality to support new business processes;
    • Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users;
    • Be responsible for the timely delivery of a functionally complete add tested software application or module as allocated by the development manager;
    • Be responsible to ensure all the required daily, weekly and monthly production tasks are performed as assigned by the development manager. Make sure errors are addressed and resolved in an effective and timely fashion
    • Ensure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are followed
    • Standardize processes for system interaction with external supplier’s i.e. API’s.
    • Assist Application and Data Architect to refine, adapt and expand on existing systems architecture, practices and standards.
    • Ensure compliance of Application development with all legal, statutory and group requirements.
    • Provide input to management team to ensure revision of Coding, Data Exchange and DB Standards on continuous bases.
    • Ensure Systems are properly documented and that system documentation is kept up to date
    • Prepare reports on the status, operation and maintenance of system software for use by management.

    • Consult with stakeholders (operations, technology, and project managers) to define technical solutions to problems and where the need exists to automate business processes.
