    Talent Acquisition Specialist: Technical

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly scaling team and focus on the recruitment and selection of technical talent into our business.

    Your mission will be to source, screen and provide shortlists of qualified applicants for various technical roles. In addition to this, you will promote Kuda Bank's employer brand by networking with potential candidates using online/offline channels to ensure that we attract talented professionals and reduce time-to-hire.

    The ultimate goal is to ensure that we build a strong talent pipeline and Employer Brand to ensure that we are able to satisfy current as well as future hiring needs.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Work with Hiring Managers to write and post technical job descriptions

    • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github

    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities

    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)

    • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

    • Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

    • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

    • Efficiently manage all stages of the recruitment pipeline and report on all candidate interactions through our ATS, Workable

    • Onboard new hires

    • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

    • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

    • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter and a strong track record of placing top technical talent

    • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles

    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

    • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

    Senior Data Analyst

    Description

    The Kuda data and decisioning team is a small, experienced team tasked with building a modern data stack that supports automated decisioning, and establishing an advanced analytics function. We play a central role in plotting Kuda’s progress and providing critical insights and capabilities as we grow the business.

    We’re looking for data analysts who are passionate about applying their analytical and engineering skills to democratise insights, metrics and data-driven decisions. You’ll have the challenge, and opportunity, to influence the foundations of a critical business function during a high growth phase. If you are excited about having an impact on the business, we want to hear from you.

    You’ll be expected to:

    • Design, build and maintain data products to improve availability and usability of data and insights across the whole business

    • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define how best to measure, monitor and understand customer behaviour and product performance

    • Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting

    • Drive strategic initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights

    • Conduct analysis to understand cus behavior and optimise products

    • Shape and influence our data models and infrastructure to optimise the delivery of data products and insights

    Requirements

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 5+ Years of experience in a Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Analyst and/or Data Science role, with a focus on analysing large data sets to solve problems

    • Expert knowledge of SQL

    • Strong knowledge of and experience with tools like QlikView, SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau or Looker

    • Prior experience with designing and implementing data products to track business or product KPIs

    • A good understanding of funnel analysis, customer segmentation, customer activity modelling, churn analysis and A/B testing

    • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering)

    Nice to haves:

    • Experience working in AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

    • Using dbt to write SQL data transformations

    • Experience with Python as a data analytics and scripting language

    • Good understanding of the software development process and best practices

    • Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company

    QA Engineer

    • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

    We are looking for a result-driven and analytical software engineer to work on our native iOS mobile application. S/he will use his or her understanding of programming tools and languages to analyze current codes, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems and create a fantastic experience for users.

    DevOps Engineer

    • Implement various testing and automation tools, and commission IT infrastructure

    • Provision, Configure, & De-Provision Environments via Automation

    • Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

    • Apply troubleshooting techniques and advise on fixing code bugs

    • Ensure developers adheres to defined DevOps processes and update or create new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

    • Develop appropriate metrics to demonstrate system performance and agility using appropriate monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency.

    • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

    • Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing, security, operations and support at scale and efficient use of resources.

    • Perform incidence management and root cause analysis

    • Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools

    • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
