    Ward Administrator: Pediatrics/Maternity

    Main Focus Areas

    Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

    •  Assist the Unit Manager in carrying out a wide range of non-nursing duties.  Receive and process bed bookings.  Processing admissions, releases, and internal transfers of patients.  Co-ordinate all activities.  Request investigations and ambulance services when needed.  General administration.  Do billing and credits on a daily base.  Stock control.  Help nursing staff coordinate patient education, transfers, and follow up under direct supervision.  Arrange investigative procedures as requested by Specialists (Hearth Sonars, Xrays, EEC's etc.)

    Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

    •  Grade 12.  Ward secretary experience will be an advantage.  2-3 years Hospital experience preferable.  Organization skills.  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.  SAP experience preferable.  Advanced computer literacy.

    SPH Pharmacist Assistant PB

    Main Focus Areas

    • To provide a pharmaceutical service to the Hospital and outpatients. The incumbent will also assume responsibility for meeting patients’ needs in a responsible, satisfactory and cost-effective manner.

    • Ordering: Ordering of ethical (at least 4 times per day) and some surgical stock (as required) from approved supplier.

    Human Resource Manager - Klerksdorp (Wilmed Park Private Hospital , Daleside Day Hospital, Sunningdale Private Hospital and Parkmed Neuro Clinic)

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the provision of support to line managers in the execution of human resources related activities and to consult on the people component of the unit’s business plan.     Senior Case Manager x 2- Lenmed Head Office

    Main Focus Areas

    • The incumbent will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support during peak periods, staff shortages, or operational challenges, ensuring continuity and stability of patient services. for delivering targeted business deployment and operational support across all Lenmed hospitals, with a specific focus on stabilising case management operations, enhancing capacity, and driving sustained performance improvement in high-demand or underperforming environments. This role ensures the consistent delivery of efficient, standardised case management processes, underpinned by robust quality assurance, adherence to policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and sound financial governance. In addition, a focused operational case management component is retained to ensure continuity of service, maintain critical clinical and funding insights, and enable the proactive identification and resolution of systemic inefficiencies.

    Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

    • Provide hands-on operational case management support within assigned facilities.
    • Assess operational gaps, risks, and priority interventions upon deployment.
    • Stabilise and optimise case management processes in line with SOPs and funder requirements.
