    Marketing Assistant Graduate

    As a member in our Marketing team, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer centric, sales orientated environment, providing efficient skills in the area of marketing and creative design.
    As a Marketing Graduate, you will be supporting the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of the Marketing Manager, the PR & Communications Manager and assisting with Creative and Online design
    You will gain exposure to end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, public relations, merchandising, corporate branding and internal communication campaigns as well as many other areas of marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with peers across Creative, Marketing and Communications to design campaigns across online and print media.
    • Assist with building digital marketing emails, landing pages and collateral.
    • Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Assist with a varying degree of digital projects including, but not limited to, product launch activities, events, promotional pages and regional support materials.
    • Facilitate communication timeously between marketing and other internal departments
    • Obtain Event attendee lists and post event deliverables
    • Maintain an efficient process to manage marketing collateral/ Branding and Merchandising and stock room
    • Support the marketing team in driving dedicated marketing campaigns

    Customer Support Engineer

    The Service Delivery Department is a fast paced and highly demanding environment. Candidates must be self-motivated and dynamic individuals who are able to work under pressure with limited instruction and direction. The successful candidate will be able to handle pressure by demonstrating the ability to work though complex cases quickly, accurately, autonomously and to the customers’ immediate satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Telephonic technical support case troubleshooting and resolution (accurately and fast)
    • Escalation of cases and customer feedback (where required)
    • Assist clients with the use of the Mimecast services and ensure best practice configuration
    • Assist clients on the entire ingestion process including advising them on best practice guidelines for data preparation and updating them on the ingestion status
    • Train clients and partners via online training methods
    • Tracking and management of client trials.

    Qualifications
    Essential Skills and Experience:
    Within this corporate IT environment you will be required to have:

    • In depth TCP/IP Networking and internetworking knowledge
    • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 and/or other mainstream messaging & collaboration platforms (Sendmail, Exim, Postfix, Domino or Groupwise)
    • Server, network, and enterprise applications and/or systems integration experience
    • Must be fluent in English and able to articulate technical issues clearly over the phone and in writing.
    • A culture of service excellence and problem ownership
    • Effective problem resolution and troubleshooting /root cause analyses skills and experience.
    • A PASSION for excellent service and support!
    • Experience of providing technical support to SMB and Enterprise Administrators
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
    • Experience with email anti-spam and anti-virus solutions.
    • Experience with the SMTP protocol and mail routing in general
    • A background in technology and service operations
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
    • Extremely strong organisational and time management skills

    Qualifications

    • MCSE, MCTS, MCITP qualification or equivalent is essential

    Customer & Sales Support Graduate

    This person will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the sales, CX and partner teams. Telephonic small business sales, upgrades and all general small business customer support. The candidate will be a point of contact for inbound queries and assist with the management of our CRM systems and internal SharePoint system as well as the partner portal. Other roles will include data assessment and validation as well as report keeping and collaboration.

    • Prospect list vetting and collaboration
    • Marketing event support, internal and external
    • The Knowledge (SharePoint) Management
    • Partner portal support, training and management
    • Partner agreement management and enquires
    • Upsell for sub 50 seat customers

    Qualifications

    • BCom
    • BA
    • Business Administration Diploma, Management & Marketing
