    Operations Analyst

    Job Decription

    • MRI Software is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to provide operational support to our EMEA Client Support Management team.
    • This is joining our established Operations function based in Cape Town. The successful individual will play a key role in driving efficiencies, maintaining critical support processes, and contributing to the smooth operation of the client support function.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
    • The position will involve cross-functional collaboration with leadership, support teams, and departments across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support client support management decision-making.
    • Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, case trends, and escalation reasons.
    • Prepare internal and client-facing reports; track recruitment activity on behalf of senior leadership.
    • Maintain, update, and improve operations-related documentation, including processes, procedures, concierge resources, and training plans.
    • Track expiring contracts in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Liaise with Account Managers to obtain missing assets or documents related to client records.
    • Monitor closed support cases for client responses and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
    • Administer AWS and omnichannel access for joiners and leavers.
    • Update and manage email distribution lists, system environments, and case configuration settings in Salesforce.
    • Support SLA/OLA tracking and reporting.
    • Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and the implementation of related action items.
    • Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes.
    • Coordinate and support initiatives across Professional Services, Product Support, and Training teams as required.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in an operational, analytical, or administrative support role—ideally within a software or technical environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting) and broader Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify trends in data and translate them into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and data quality.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong sense of initiative with a solution-oriented approach to work.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with evolving priorities.
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or Power BI is beneficial but not essential.

    System Administrator - Citrix

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Citrix Specialist to join our IT infrastructure team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of our Citrix environments, including on-premises and Citrix Cloud platforms.
    • The successful applicant will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, deploy, and manage Citrix solutions including:
    • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
    • Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud)
    • Citrix CDC (On Prem)
    • Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler) & Netscalers
    • Citrix Gateway & FAS
    • Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and/or Machine Creation Services (MCS)
    • Citrix StoreFront and Workspace
    • Citrix Director and Citrix Studio
    • Manage Citrix infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Integrate Citrix with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
    • Maintain and update Citrix environments to align with security best practices and vendor recommendations.
    • Monitor and optimize VDI sessions for performance and user experience.
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting for Citrix-related issues and support escalations.
    • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Citrix technologies and tools.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and support guides.
    • Collaborate with security, networking, and desktop support teams to deliver seamless end-user experiences.
    • Stay current with Citrix certifications and product updates, especially in Citrix Cloud technologies.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex Citrix environments in mid-to-large enterprise settings.
    • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on-prem and Citrix Cloud).
    • Expertise with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), including load balancing, authentication, and remote access.
    • Experience with Citrix provisioning technologies (PVS and/or MCS).
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.
    • Familiarity with Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
    • Solid understanding of security and compliance best practices in VDI environments.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with EUC performance monitoring and optimization tools.

    Education/Certification:

    • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V, or equivalent Citrix Cloud certifications).
    • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes
    • Microsoft/Azure Certification

    • We are looking for an ambitious employee whose primary function will be managing all money owed to our business.
    • It is vital that the Accounts Receivable analyst builds and maintains close links with all clients, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.

    SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • 3-5 years of proven debt collection or related experience.
    • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem solving and time management skills.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
